“They gave me my preferred cabin and we are happy with it and appreciate the staff. Really good customer service, However, management team is really laking on so many factors. NO Kitchen Essential provided at all. No knife no cups nothing. I lived in most of cabins in Pennsylvania and Boston and I can say that this type of kitchen Essential are provided everywhere. No firepit Essential. So many things like this were not there.”
