    “There were no keys to the apartment, it was an electronic entry. The location of this apartment was great, with a supermarket, restaurants and bus services all close by, which made our stay very convenient. The pool was also lovely and a nice place to unwind. The property was responsive to messages, and helpful with smaller requests. For example, I asked for extra pillowcases as a couple of pillows didn’t have any, and these were delivered. When the TV remote didn’t work, they guided us through downloading an app as a temporary fix and later provided two replacement remotes, so we eventually had a working TV. Overall, the location and pool were definite highlights, and the quick responses to requests were appreciated.”
