The peaceful location and well planned, compact but very comfortable bedroom and bathroom. Best of all the friendly, helpful and accommodating hosts. We would love to come back and stay here again.

Excellent location close to UDel in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts were friendly and provided helpful information on restaurant options. They also offered plenty of space for us to work on our laptops on the dinning table. We really enjoyed our stay.

Based on the description I was under the assumption the house would be empty, the homeowner was upstairs and to themselves and we weren’t there much more than sleeping. Not a big deal but not what we were expecting that’s all.

Joe & Criztal are exceptional hosts, the property is sparkling clean, and I enjoyed the direct access from my room to the deck. Thanks to great WiFi, I could do some work out there in the evening and, after a good nights sleep, I enjoyed a cup of complimentary coffee outside in the morning.

Sometimes when booking an accommodation (esp thats not a hotel) you don't know what to expect & just hope for the best - this space exceeded my expectations! The space is so well thought out it really felt like a home away from home and that's just the room....when you add in the courtesy, kindness and responsiveness of the hosts - it takes things to a whole different level - they really thought out every detail of what a traveler may need/want and provided it even down to the welcome guidebook for the home & the area...i really appreciated how welcomed i felt

The location was close to University of Delaware, so very convenient for a UD parent! Bed was very comfortable, nice strong shower, complimentary coffee, tea, & water. Hosts were lovely and very quick to respond. Will definitely stay here again!

Maybe offer a fan in the closet? My sister mentioned it was a bit warm the first night, but it could have just been her hot flashes. We still really enjoyed the star regardless!

The location was incredibly convenient for my trip; I was taking an exam at the Pearson Vue center and this was 10 minutes from that, so it was perfect. The hosts were so very kind and personable. The kitty beans were FANTASTIC escorts and would greet us at the door and encourage pets as compensation :). Would highly recommend this spot if you are in the area!
