I loved the location in a beautiful neighborhood and the condo itself. The bed was comfortable, and the space really felt like home. The hosts were flexible with check-in, quick to respond, and answered the phone immediately when our code didn’t work. There were plenty of amenities to enjoy as well.

The place did not seem to have been fully dusted—we had to remove spider webs from the chandelier above the dining table ourselves. The couch was not properly cleaned; it seemed like dogs or something else had been on it, because as soon as I lay down, I began to itch and swell, and had to shower, medicate, and sit on a sheet the entire time. There was food under the master bed, which looked like chips and possibly other debris. Crayon markings were on the wall and an outlet in the first bedroom, and there were bite marks in the blinds in the master. Under the couch and tv stand was also very filthy. I think they just need a better cleaning crew and someone to deep clean the place there are areas like in the home that were obviously not cleaned in months . Lots of dust buildup . The sliding glass doors only close at the bottom, leaving a gap at the top that let outside noise in throughout our stay. None of the remotes for the ceiling fans or lights worked initially—I found one in the garage without a battery, added a battery, and had to fix the settings, and I also had to reprogram the living room remote. Finally, the blinds do not fully cover the back window, so anyone passing by can see into the house, especially at night.

Lifeguards on duty at water park will close the slides early(3 mins but still) 3mins to a toddler is alot...

Everything was just as expected. Check in was smooth. The staff was very accommodating. Good location most major stores and restaurants in a good driving distance. We had no issues with the apartment. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need plenty of towels, extra blankets, baby crib and high chair provided, very spacious. Access to two different pool areas, both were amazing. My 4 year old who has sensory issues loved the kids area. If you are looking for a nice and relaxing family getaway it's a perfect place to visit 😊

The only thing I would say is parking. While you have the driveway for two cars if your family has more or a larger vehicle you may find it a bit difficult. It was tight during evening hours, cars parked on each side of the road made it difficult for passing cars to get through properly.

The sofa and rug needed a deep clean.apart from that everything else was clean and well kept.

The air mattress is NOT comfortable and so we're the regular mattresses, you can feel the springs in them. You didn't supply enough toilet tissue.

Very lovely condo! Updated and clean. Nice screed balcony. The garage was decorated and had a pool table, which my son loved! Very easy check in and check out. With traffic, it took at least 30 mins to the parks, so going home to change and going back out for dinner was a lot of driving- not their fault - just stating the information. The only negative I could mention is that the king bed mattress needs to be replaced. Overall, definitely worth it!

The only negative we didn't like was the bag search at the entrance to the pool. We were confused when the girl at the entrance was rummaging through our bags. It was also strange that I couldn't even take my own bottle for a drink.

The property was in a great location for us. The pool area was so nice and not overly crowded. Our place was clean, spacious and we loved the outdoor screened porch. This would be great stay for any family.

We weren’t a big fan of driving to the pool area but it was very close. The beds were alittle soft but still comfortable.

Modern apartment with all the amenities you need. Nice outside terrace. Games room. Ground floor worked best for us. Off street parking. Welcome hamper helped us get set up. Location within champions gate - great club house facilities including pool, splash pad and slides.

The internet was not so good. It kept dropping signal.
