United StatesThe picture showed a "suite" with a double and a twin bed. I was put in Room 109 and it was only a double bed room. I feel that either it is a booking .com error or a misrepresentation by Lamplighter. I didn't get my $$ worth. If I stayed there again, I would have to contact the property directly to make sure I was getting the correct room (suite).

United StatesWhen booking the room it has establishment as Lamplighter Inn II and room was studio. When we arrived it was a bit confusing because it’s at the Lamplighter Inn. I guess there is no II. The room was a regular motel room. No staff is on duty or available in person. The mattresses need replacement but overall room served it’s purpose.
Location was near downtown Bandon. Clean room. Fridge and small coffee pot available. Reasonable price. Non-smoking rooms.

The room was cute and comfortable. It was a total self-service experience. But, the reguarly emails made it easy. The room does not have a/c (not a problem) but was stuffy upon arrival. Aired out and was comfortable when we opened the windows. Sheets were super soft and felt nice.

United StatesThe fees are surprising and high. Nearly $157 or so in 3-4 different categories I havent seen on other properties. We were late to area, so ended up taking the room despite this. Also need access to someone on site. No phone trees please.
Cute and clean for a beach town. Actually quiet for being near roadway. No real staff. Things are done by email & txt. Took a few minutes to find key. Would likely stay again except the fees will prevent that.

United StatesTerrible experience. Never stepped foot on the property because I was not told important details, such as $150 pet fee, and only 1 parking spot, until AFTER being charged. And after being bounced around from vacasa, who runs the hotel with no one on site, to booking.com multiple times begging for a refund because we could not stay there with those restrictions, they would not have any human decency to see the situation they put me in. I will never use vacasa of booking.com ever again.

United StatesThis is not a hotel that you check into. It’s a Portland property management company that requires you to download an app and send a picture of your drivers license. It’s very misleading. They did refund my money and we found other lodging. Would not recommend.

Didn't feel very safe. Ended up finding a nice similar priced motel close to town center. Heard others have had same problem with this property. Very disappointed! Do not book this motel!

United StatesEverything else !!!! internet was trash no on sight employees so no help and for us the power wasn’t even on for majority of the day and because there’s no on-site humans you have to call this person and they have to contact that person and go through the chain until 3 1/2 hours later we still don’t have any damn power. We won’t be staying here again.

United StatesCompany running it only connect by phone.4 calls and a disconnect, had to re verify a CC have used many times. Felt like a fishing expedition for identity theft. Then the 10 digit cipher code wouldn’t work. Finally in different lock box a key which the person on the phone didn’t know how to work(have to push key inward on lock to get it to engage) An hour to get in the room. Neighbor told me they had similar experience. Also was told someone would show/call to help me. Never happened. DON’t RENT THESE PLACES UNLESS YOU LIKE A HASSLE.
