Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesThe staff was virtually non existent. You had to call a number to find out how to get your key. There was not one chair in the room. I had to fetch a camp chair out of my van to have a place to sit. The view from the window was a row of storage units. Had to kill 2 bugs creeping along the floor.
Nice, spacious room.

United StatesThe traffic outside was loud. Could use better sound proofing. It was in the busy area of Moab and close to a lot of things.
Overall, it was clean, but a little attention to detail wouldn't hurt as I found hair in the basket where they left the handsoap, shower cap.

United StatesWaking up to a cockroach on the floor - dead, so that was good. I was surprised that I wasn't offered a discount or anything except, 'you know how it is after you spray'. I got the room to stay out of the bugs, you know.
Property has been remodeled, looks good! The bed was cozy and it was quiet. I would probably stay again, if the rate was lower.

United StatesThe first thing I want to address is the unfinished flooring in our room with carpet tack strips still in place. I have two kids that saw the little cubby as a hiding place, and those are a hazard with little nails sticking up. They should at least be removed. Second, the beds are hard. Third, the rooms can be a little difficult to unlock and get into. I had a hard time trying to get the door to unlock, and I did follow the directions I was provided. There was an older generation lady here who arrived at about the same time we did and she couldn't get her door to open either so I went to help her and was able to get her into her room. The lamp in the room didn't work. Lastly, there is supposed to be wifi, but it didn't work the time we were here.
This is a good place to stay for the price. We needed something affordable to stay for one night, so I can't speak to longer stays. Overall, it is a good place to stay for a really affordable price compared to other options around. The room appeared clean and tidy, and the ac worked.

United StatesThe bed was quite firm. My husband didn’t not like it, but I slept fine. When the air conditioning clicked on, it was a little noisy. It was too expensive for what we got, but what can I say … we were in Moab on Memorial Day weekend!
From the outside, and the check-in process, we were a bit worried about how the room would be. But we were pleasantly surprised to see that it was not bad at all. It was clean and quite spacious. You could tell that improvements had been made. Nice TV with cable.

United StatesThe outside could use a paint job or something to match the inside, there is a lot of traffic going by, it is towards the outside of town so not really by anything and not really within walking distance of all the shops/restaurants downtown. I did not care for how I received a text with check in instructions that started out “hello dear” but overall the room itself was good
The rooms have been remodeled and look nice inside.

United StatesI had some issues getting the door lock to work, but hotel staff responded in a timely manner.
Spacious, recently renovated room. Bed was firm and quite comfortable. There was a variety of thicknesses of pillows so I could find one that I liked. The bathroom was clean and had thick fluffy .Having a large flat screen TV to watch sports was a bonus.

United StatesUnfortunately the people that are staying upstairs were like elephants, it sounded like an explosion as they walk across the room. Sadly the shower faucet does not shutoff and was dripping all night; and the kitchen sink faucet is missing the sprayer head. There is no daily cleaning, unless you call in to request for it. The other thing I didn't like is that it was advertise at price, but at booking it was much much more than the price it was showning.
Our room 105 is pretty large & clean with nicely modern furnishing, and included a small refrigerator and microwave. Coffee, two bottles of water and a couple of snacks, shampoo, conditioner and liquid bath soap were also included.

IrelandI had read in reviews that you get a code texted to you to access the room. Except if you have a non-US number. I flagged this when booking and asked if they could send it in a different way (there are plenty of free options, WhatsApp, booking app, email etc). But this was ignored. There is no lobby or reception, had to call a number and was lucky they picked up. "oh you have a foreign number that doesn't work, here's the code. On top of that unlocking the door was wonky, most times needed to tap the card 5 or more times. Never opened straight away.
Handy location, clean.

United StatesThere's no one at the hotel to check you in. They text you a room number and a door code to your room. Great in theory, but the electronic pad on the door to enter your code is very temperamental. I was locked out for 15 minutes twice.
The price was pretty good for a last minute booking.
