One of the beds was a little hard for me but someone else may like that.

The pool right out the back door was great or our son. The AC was nice to have. Having a full kitchen complete with dishwasher was great. Everything was in great order. My wife loved having the washer and dryer free to use in the unit. It was a great place to stay.

Very pricey, although on par with others. I understand it's a tight layout but would like liked another chair rather than stools & a table that we could eat off of in the house. For example if the table came up to work on or eat off of that would be wondeful.

Liked keyless entry. Very comfy, nice kitchen. Liked having the washing machine although it was very small. Nice pool. Convenient. Liked all the little extras like beach stuff, detergent, shampoo, etc.

Kapaa is a good location if you want to reach all parts on the island. We first stayed on the north shore in order to hike and explore the Nepali coast. During the second and last part of our vacation we aimed at exploring the rest of the island and Kapaa was our choice due to its location. However, my conclusion is that the south shore might have suited our purposes slightly better. Despite our particular location preferences, I do highly recommend this property. It was nice and we really enjoyed our stay. Since we didn’t have the time to explore the neighborhood, I can’t provide any additional information regarding the beaches, shops and restaurants. We did visit the Coconut market place and that was it. The rest of the time we spent exploring and enjoying other parts of this beautiful island.

I loved this condo. It served perfect as a base when heading towards different adventures while exploring the island of Kauai. The owner kindly left a package with good snacks and a bottle of vine, this was such a nice and highly appreciated gesture! We did not have the time to use the pool but it seemed nice. Everything was great, we were really happy with our choice!

The location was close to everything. It was nice having the option to swim in the pool or the beach behind the property. We pretty much had everything we needed in the unit. It made our stay really comfortable and easy.

It is basically a 2 bedroom apt. It would be tight for more than 2 people. The roosters were extremely annoying, woke me many times each night. When the fans were off the place had a musty smell. We had to take out the trash and wash the towels the last day, even though we paid a cleaning fee.

Good location on the island, nice to have a full kitchen although we didn’t use anything but the fridge and coffee maker. Also nice to have a washer and dryer. It was fine for 2 people who were on the go a lot.

The condition of the window seals needed attention. Theyre was a chunk of decayed/damaged wood on the master bedroom window that may need to be replaced.

It was so convenient to be across from stores and the beach. When we needed replacement utensils, they were very prompt! They were well stocked on toiletries (sunscreen, toilet paper, laundry soap).
