Clean, comfortable, spacious, and beautifully remodeled. It looks better in person than the photographs. The owner was responsive when we encountered a problem. Would recommend this to anyone and will definitely book again!

It'd be nice to have real napkins instead of paper towel.

Everything is clean and in good condition, the kitchen is well stocked and we find lots extra stuff that makes our stay enjoyable. All controls are well kept and the instructions are clear. It's also close to the ski areas and the village. Will come back for sure!

The only drawback is the two steep flights of stairs to get to the condo with your bags (no elevator), but it's a small price to pay for such a great place.

This condo receives consistently strong reviews for two reasons: the host, Ryan, and the quality of the facilities. Ryan is readily available, always helpful (such as allowing a later checkout because of a remote business meeting or recommending restaurants), and extremely focused on his guests' experience. He also offers a complimentary bottle of good wine as well as other goodies. And the recently remodeled condo exceeded expectations, from the well stocked kitchen (we stayed in to eat twice) to the luxurious bathroom off the bedroom. Condo can sleep 4 as there is also a bunk bed, and they have their own full bathroom to use. All of the furnishing are first rate, from the bed to the TV to the couches. Garage parking is also provided. We loved staying here for 3 nights, first for a single night and later for 2 nights.

Parking is limited and difficult for high clearance vehicles.

Location is great. Everything in the apartment is very well maintain, clean and appliances are all new. The host was very helpful in providing information and support for the stay. Front desk staff are very helpful

Vacation property was so well renovated and loved how clean the space was. Ryan has truly made the space look very elegant. Loved the renovated bathrooms. Kitchen was so well stocked and bathroom too with all the amenities. Ryan was also so responsive on the texts for our queries. It was really an amazing experience staying at Ryan’s place. Next time would Definitely love to stay at the same place in Mammoth lakes.
