Noted breakfast as option, never found where breakfast was. I seen a couch table with coffee and granola bars but did not locate anything more. Would of liked a juice or milk option, granola bar is not breakfast in my opinion.

Easy to find, attractive facility. I set the room temp to 64 degrees and the room temperature was 64 degrees, which was excellent!

Nothing. I was so excited to have a view of the bluffs that I locked myself out of my room. The woman who was working at the desk graciously walked with me to let me in. The others loved the casino and game room.

It was incredibly beautiful! The location was perfect for our needs. We walked to the VFW Post Home. I had a beautiful view of the bluffs. ♥️ Everything was immaculate and quality. I invited people who live in the area to come see it.

The description said 'sofa' sleepers, when in actuality they are love seat sleepers. They were NOT comfortable at all. As my sister said 'now I know why they put kids on these things'. She ended up sleeping in the 2nd bed in the bedroom with our mom. Our mom likes a warm room, my sister and I like a cold room, that's why we took the sleepers. I threw the mattress on the floor to sleep, I found that rather comfortable (for me anyway). The only negative was one of the blankets in the closet had something sticky on the corner. It could have been a guest that decided not to use it and left the stickiness, it was very small, I wouldn't have noticed it if I hadn't touched it. The other was the mirrors were streaked, but that wasn't a big deal.

The lobby was amazing, very swanky. It looked very clean. We had a suite so we were on the 3rd floor. My sister is a smoker so the balcony was great. Even sat out there one evening with my mom and sister. There were 2 other couples out there but it's spacious enough for several groups. Our suite was very spacious, had a toaster even. The fridge was already cold and was larger than the mini fridges most rooms have. We also liked the size of the trash cans. The 'tap' system to open the room door was easier than trying to find the slot to put it in. Will definitely stay again.

We expected breakfast at a property such as this. With no food service at or near the hotel, no breakfast was a real inconvenience.

The suite was very attractive, roomy, clean, and confortable.

Rooms were great! Very clean. Not impressed with breakfast. Basically a muffin or an orange. Had to walk to the machines to get coffee.

Sound isolation could have been better - you could hear someone else taking shower Kind of industrial zone around Pics significantly better the place in fact

Missing bath towels, only one employee on site for bar/ poker/ check in, no restaurant on site, view was not good. Nothing really right around, breakfast was coffee and packages muffin or granola bar, not worth the money for the stay. Recommended an off site restaurant for dinner that does not go with this hotel concept - They really need to add a restaurant on site and make the location its own experience given where it is in town

The metal pedestal the bed sat on made noise on the side closest to the bathroom. Especially when I got out of the bed. The shower curtain and curbless shower floor allowed water to run onto the bathroom floor causing me to use towels to prevent flooding. The lights by the bed had no dedicated switches and we had to turn them off from the switch by the room entrance. Inconvenient.

Since there's no continental b-fast offered, ours was very good where we bought it. The high ceiling in the room was a novelty and the mattress was good.

I asked for a top floor. Didn’t get it. Also because of that had to listen to the people above us move and drop stuff and stomp around all night and morning and we got no sleep and when I told the lady upon check out all she had ti say was sorry
