The tv seemed to take too long to load anything...I gave up on trying to load the guide and just flipped through the channels...

The staff seemed really nice. The room was comfortable, and the beds felt amazing.

Cramped. Little space to move around. Only one chair and the bed. Large window next to toilet, not very private.

First room was not well cleaned and shower control was damaged. But we changed the room and the next one was perfectly fine!

Nice and cozy hotel with lots of art inside. Good amenities, really nice cafe (for breakfast) and lounge bar (for a dinner or drink). Valet parking is another +, they completely changed the approach and now valet parking is not in front of the hotel but in a special place where only valet cars are left! Ot’s more reliable and secure!

The parking situation. I chose the valet because really it was the best option. There was not another option but to street park. You would have to move your car by 7am.

There was knowledgeable staff. It was a place where if you didn't want to take a car you could walk downtown.

Wish I had more time to spend to explore the museum. I like free parking, but we valeted because we didn’t feel comfortable parking on the street.

Beautiful, clean and comfy. We will definitely stay again when we visit so we can have more time in the hotel. -Loved the 2 workout areas, very clean and well-maintained fitness areas. -Me and my family loved the hot tub & pool. -Enjoyed the museum. -Rooms very nicely decorated.

The steam room was not working while we were there and nobody told us that ahead of time or at checkin. Would recommend calling to make sure if all the amenities are functioning,

We turned our visit into a staycation and it was amazing not having to leave the premises since there was a pool, restaurant, art museum, all in one spot.

I wish the valet was covered. That’s it.

The museum and art around the hotel really made our stay! My son is a budding artist and was truly inspired after we left. The staff took good care of us! The room was spacious… the rooms are perfectly insulated and provide a quiet night’s rest. I have no complaints. I travel often and would rank this in my top two hotel stays.

Room wasn't ready upon arrival (understandable since we booked same day) so they comped us a $70 ticket for the bar. We had a lovely dinner on the house! Also, this was the most pet friendly facility I've ever stayed at. I've got nothing but good things to say about this place. Can't wait to go back!

Price was high but I believe it was worth it. The “good times” restaurant was very pricey. We got 2 orders of French toast, 1 coffee, and a can of coke, and it was $50 before tip

Amazing setting, not one second did we feel unsafe as we did at our original hotel. We changed bookings and came here and I’m very glad we did.

There was a dirty robe in our room, which isn’t a big deal because we didn’t want to use it anyway, BUT it made me wonder what else wasn’t cleaned?

When you advertise a corner room and show pictures of that room, the room should look like that room. I paid for a corner room but wasn't given one. When I enquired about it, I was told that there were variations of the corner room. I don't believe that is an acceptable explanation and felt like I had been played. While the room was still great and comfortable and I was happy with my stay, I felt the Hotel Admin had not kept their word and that soured the experience a bit.
