Staff weren’t very helpful or friendly.

The coffee shop, the robe, the bed, the incredible smelling rum soap and lotion, the art, and the close proximity to the arena.

This is a beautiful hotel with a museum located inside and a beautiful pool and hot tub. They have a nice bar and restaurant inside the hotel as well. Lots of cool things to check out inside.

The lobby was full of people just having lovely conversations. It felt so welcoming. I was just so tired though, I went to sleep very comfortably. Beautiful hotel!

I would stay here again, but I would request housekeeping when I needed it.

We didn't get housekeeping at all while we were there. I even went to the desk to see if I needed to request it and was told that it was a daily service and would be provided. It never was during our stay. However, we got a late checkout (2pm) and between the typical checkout time and the time we actually left, housekeeping showed up to turn the room over several times.

The beds were INCREDIBLY comfortable. The room layout was nice. The pool and access to facilities were superb. My family enjoyed the on-site coffee house. I also thought that the valet was incredibly prompt and responsive.

I didn’t care for the parking, the area around it could use a little sprucing up.

This property is awesome the atmosphere was different in a good way you walk in the door up the stairs Art lobby was large and roomy. Friendly staff very warm and welcoming. The design is genius there something for everyone. Nice bar area, and it also has a nice lounge/ game room, restaurant, and let’s talk about the museum totally awesome local artist kudos. Rooms were comfortable the transformation from the old YMCA to this update beauty impressive. This is definitely a get away without the kidos for the first time then bring them back. Oh yea forgot about the outside patio

I wish they would let you take the robes home 😅

We booked this hotel room same day, we loved the aesthetic and the friendliness of the staff. The staircase throughout the building is gorgeous! Fairly new as well. There was an assortment of art that was beautiful and interesting. The museum is worth the visit if you enjoy that kind of thing, which we did. The rooms were clean and comfortable. A little on the small side but we opted for the smaller room option; it was perfect for 1-2 people. The bathroom has its own temperature control, which was a game changer. Large shower, soft and fluffy robes. The wellness facilities downstairs are amazing. Use of the wellness center is included with your stay, which I was thankful for because sometimes the spa areas are not included in your stay. The pool was huge and slightly warm, plenty of space for all the people and all the things. The hot tub was everything you could want from it, hot, roomy, with room to stand and sit. They also had a rain shower experience, a sauna and a steam room. The rain shower was unique and enjoyable. The entire hotel experience was good from start to end and we will be returning soon :)

Flashing light on corner of ceiling— not sure if it was some sort of sensor— bit annoying when trying to get to sleep but that’s very minor.

Best indoor pool and hot tub I’ve ever had access to in a hotel — you could actually have a proper lap swim! Competitively priced for downtown. We parked on street (no trouble finding parking). Sorry we didn’t get to take full advantage of restaurant and bar and surrounding area— we were there for the eclipse and didn’t spend much time in St Louis itself. Nice to have a coffee shop in house. Good products in bathrooms (Malin & Goetz); comfy bed. Wish we had more time to check out the art gallery and loved idea of yoga in the gallery! I would definitely stay here again if we visit STL.

The night of our arrival the staff was extremely busy. It felt like they were understaffed for the number of guests. However, the staff we interacted with were working very hard, and doing their best to meet customer needs. It feels like management needs to better plan for staffing needs on such busy occasions.

The museum was amazing! I did not expect it to be so big, nor so well curated. It was honestly very impressive, and went so well with the hotel theme.

The cute little breakfast shop. As 1st time customers we walked out. No one looked up when we walked in or spoke to us (staff). We didn't know what was available or that we were to pick up the paper menus in a box when we walked in. A female staff member appeared irritated that we asked how to order and pointed to the menus. We ended up with a lovely breakfast elsewhere.

Great smiles and attitudes from check-in staff. Knowledgeable about the area and local events

One thing I didn’t realize when booking was breakfast was not included. We thought with the price we paid, breakfast would have been included.

It was very updated and so much to do inside the hotel all night.
