We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesWeeds around cabin needed mowing. Very hot inside upon arrival - Took awhile to cool cabin. Although the weather was cool at night, had to run A/C all night to drown out noise coming from unknown source. It sounded like loose sheet iron being blown by the wind in the distance.
Clean. Privacy. Pet friendly. Plenty of towels and wash cloths. Window A/C cooled the cabin very well after being turned on for awhile.

United StatesI don't have any complaints aside from maybe some clearer descriptions of the rooms online, thats where I got confused when booking our stay. It didnt show us options for different rooms, it just had us put in how many people we were going to have then assigned a room. Aside from that, everything was amazing, amd Raquel even managed to get bus upgraded so everything turned out amazing!
I originally booked a cabin that I thought was a bigger one but it ended being too small for our group, and Raquel made the process of upgrading to a bigger cabin, absolutely seamless. We were in a new cabin that fit our group perfectly within 2 minutes of arriving. It looked like we were the only ones there at the time of our visit. So it was very quiet and peaceful. The trail was cool to check out too, I didnt find any geodes but I did find a lot of different cool rocks! We will definitely be staying here again!

United StatesInstead of a key you have to enter a code on the door. They did send a code, but we didn't receive it because there was no internet in that area. It took about 30 minutes to get that all sorted out. Our unit isn't shown in any of the pictures here and it is quite a bit below the representation. We had no kitchen, and the bathroom was in a separate building about 100 yards from the cabin. To be fair, we did come to enjoy the privacy, as no one occupied any other units while we were there. That's the closest thing to a positive I can offer. Like one of the other reviews mentioned, we didn't feel there was an accurate representation in the photos or the description. No out-and-out lies just less than an accurate portrayal is being offered.

ThailandThe actual thing and information on booking.com is mismatched. In booking, they mention to provide the cabin and all photo of cabin look pretty. In actual, we get a tent! We arrive quite late night at 8:00 PM. We follow the address in booking.com and we are in front of the Cotton wood creek cabin. However, it was occupied by someone. I have to call to host with very limit phone signal, then, she ask me to go to another cabin and we found the same. Someone took that cabin already. Then, the host tell us to go to the tent, the tent seem to be okay. However, it was not what we expected. We expected to stay in warm and cosy cabin instead of cold tent with very small heater among the temperature 32 F/ 0 C. We need to ask for cancel and refund and find other hotel. The host did not stay on location, we spend time almost 2 hours to figure out the cabin which is tent and waiting the host to come to location. Evenmore, when we ask for refund, in the begining host not accept to give us the refund. They mentions that booking put the wrong information by themselve not relate to the host and booking said they cannot refund money to me since the host not accept. I need to make a call for total 3 days to get the confirmation of fully refund. This is so crazy, I did not even stay at the place, need to find other place to stay at late night and need to fight to get refund back.
