I liked how the rooms was set up like a mini one bed room apartment. Was in a very good location as well. The staff worked with me as this was a last minute reservation after a mix up with another hotel. The sitting area out side was perfect to entertain without all the noise in the room. Will be back.

The hotel comprises three separate buildings on the property. They are not connected. So, on rainy or snowy days, you’ve got to go out in the elements till you reach the main building for BKF or to check in or out.

The hotel staff exceeded our expectations in every interaction! From the front desk to the kitchen, everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Not many options for food within walking distance.

Great value for a family of five. Loved the two bedroom suite with full kitchen. The hotel isn’t the newest building in the area, but it was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Shuttle driver was great for information.

Mattress wasn’t that comfortable

The hotel was clean and seemed well maintained. The breakfast was good and the employees seemed happy.

The property wasn’t the cleanest that I have stayed in but it was decent. The property was quite outdated and desperately needs to be updated and upgraded. The shower only had 1 door by design but the floor got soaking wet when anyone used it.

It was convenient and had a room available on short notice. The staff at check in were very nice and made check in quick and easy.

This place was rough. Dirty dishes in dishwasher, all the pans and cups were greasy, carpet and showers were dirty... needless to say I had to clean the room before we could do anything else.

Having a spare room for the kids is great.

Place smelled like dirty cleaner. No sheets or blankets for the fold out couch. food, wrappers and dirt in/around couch… Unit was right by the elevator and a lot of noise throughout the night. Didn’t get much sleep….

Room was not clean. We worked with management and they got it taken care of after a couple of requests. I am sure it was just an oversight and won't happen again.

Kitchen area was spotless and the food was good. Outdoor pool was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the racquet courts. We appreciated adjoining rooms with a shared common space.

Not what it looks like advertised. Gross carpets and really outdated. Not enough outlets at all.

Our room was on ground floor, close to exit. We have a small elderly dog, so that was perfect.

The only thing we didn't like was the shower "door". After every shower the bathroom floor was drenched.

Our suite was great! Next time I need to make my reservations earlier so we can get a bigger suite. We made it work. Exceeded our expectations

The tubs where either slanted in or up. Breakfast in the morning was not up to par of what it cost to stay. Coffee was burnt and juice was watered down. Not a huge selection of food offered and pancake mix was just off tasting.
