Beds were not comfortable for tall people and the washing machines take quarters, which we found are very hard and inconvenient to get when you need 8 for each wash and another 8 for the dryer.

Very central location for our requirements. Affordable for a group of 4 adults. Easy to catch public transport to the city or an Uber around jersey city. There is a ACME supermarket nearby to shop for groceries, etc…. The unit itself was very clean, spacious. We were very appreciative that Danielle and Bobby were quick to reply to any queries we had.

Very spacious, excellent stylish design and well equipped. Excellent location 15 minute bus ride from NYC and 15 minute walk from riverside Hoboken. Lots of great local information left by hosts for guest information.

Absolutely everything! From the ease of booking, communicating and all advices given by the host, to the facilities, clean and well equipped house, loads of towels was a massive plus as we stayed for a week! Having two bathrooms also made it very easy with 5 people. The whole family loved our time in Hoboken!

Nowhere to unpack, there was a tiny space in one wardrobe to hang clothes but not enough space and no drawers. We lived out of cases for 12 days with 6 cases on the floor. The flat is 20 minutes walk from the PATH station. We struggled with sleeping space for 4 adults (not 2 couples) and 2 children.

I liked the decoration of the flat, there was also plenty of cutlery and crockery. There was a coffee machine and a kettle. Hoboken is lovely place to stay.

The stairs were a bit difficult. Probably need to remind clients that it’s not easy to bring luggage up to the unit.

The decor really made for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Everything was clean and tidy, and all the little extras like the toiletries and k-cups were a nice touch. Especially enjoyed this location in Hoboken with so many restaurants and parks within walking distance.

This apartment was so gorgeous, it was even better than the pictures. It was so spacious and clean and warm honestly couldn't have stayed anywhere better. It was our first time in new York and I was so glad we stayed out a little bit from the city. The area was so safe and quiet and very easy to get in and out to manhatten. The apartment had 2 big bedrooms 2 bathrooms and a living space which can be used as a sleeping area too so it was nice for everyone to have thier own space at the end of a busy day of sight seeing! Honestly I would recommend here to anyone and would gladly stay again absolutely gorgeous! There's also a local pizza place called Marios a block from the apartment it's family run and so we ate here nearly every night! The area was just so friendly and safe! Thank you for an amazing stay!

The place would barely fit the listed 6 people and only of they are okay to sleep 2 in each bed. There were not a lot of plates and the plastic wine glasses is a funny coat saving method.

The apartment is compact, but not tiny. The kitchen is well equipped, the mattresses were the nice kind of firm on all beds, water pressure is as you would expect for a good home.

The lack of parking. I felt the description was unclear in the listing. Our first night experience was greatly effected by the lack of parking. We eventually found a solution, but using parking garages added an extra expense we were not expecting and they were a bit of a walk away. We had to use one for our SUV that was 0.6 miles from the house. Having said this, we would stay here again in the future. Especially now that we know what to expect. Just be aware that street parking is not really available. If you have a smaller car you can use a parking garage that was only 0.3 miles away.

We loved the house itself. And the neighborhood felt safe and friendly. It was a good location for staying outside the city, yet still being close to all the main attractions. I would give it a 9 if it wasn't for the parking situation.

This apartment was perfect overall, the location, the fact that has 2 bathrooms and large rooms, the host that reply really fast every time, the amenities, the coffee❤️ we really loved our stay and we will definitely come back!!

It was just perfect! the apartment is clean, big, cosy, best location, safe etc.! we stayed for a week and it was so easy to take the bus into the city or the path, or if you like the ferry. and the views from the hudson across to nyc are priceless! the apartment was very easy to find, has everything nearby you need, grocery store, other shops, restaurants (mario's pizza was the best)! and there is a very nice sport's shop as well, stan's, so friendly. hoboken is just perfect and the apartment has everything you need, and more! we enjoyed our stay so much and would be back anytime!

The only small suggestion we have is to consider providing real wine glasses instead of plastic ones. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Fantastic Stay! We had a wonderful experience staying at this apartment in Hoboken! Everything was spotlessly clean when we arrived, and there were plenty of beds and mattresses for our family of six. The location was perfect, with a bus stop just a 5-minute walk away for a quick 15-minute ride into Manhattan. There were also lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, which was convenient for meals. We appreciated having access to a washing machine, especially for our longer stay. The fridge was also a nice touch, providing ice and water. The apartment had everything we needed, and the staff were incredibly helpful whenever we had questions. We highly recommend this apartment and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to New York!

I wouldn’t stay here if you are a group of more than 4. It says sleeps 6 but we found it difficult finding space for the other 2

It’s a great location, only a bus ride away from Times Square. The property itself is beautifully decorated.
