There shouldn't be carpet up to the whirlpool tub. It made the entire room smell damp and moldy.

What I didn't like is the day shift doesn't seem to be as friendly or concerned about a guest trying to get a problem resolved like making sure I was to get my room serviced by housekeeping. They didn't put my request on the board so they could see that I wanted service all day long to communicate with each other. Day swift didn't answer simple questions about info I asked about and seemed very unconcerned that I didn't get my room serviced. The vending machines charged me more for the products I bought and the other dispensed the wrong item but the staff isn't responsible cause they have outside vendors who are in charge of the vending machines so you have to email the company with your complaints.

I liked how quiet and relaxing it was from the morning until the evening when I was staying there and no people being loud or causing any kind of discomfort. Donna was amazing and awesome clerk that checked me in and made sure I had everything I needed as well as making sure my accommodations were the way they were supposed to be even though I arrived late. She was very funny and happy to do her job for me to the fullest made sure if there was anything I needed not to hesitate to call her at front desk. She's a vital employee you need to keep on staff there and should be a manager if she isn't one already.

Bed is older and very soft and pillows are overly thick. I prefer a soft and thinner pillow and a medium to hard mattress. Did not sleep well due to this, but just personal preference.

Dated but clean room. Welcoming and friendly staff. Quiet neighborhood, no road noise. Decent value for the price.

Haphazard cleaning maid

The best feature of property is the POOL. Clean, a sun trap and it has Loungers, a rarity along the Scottsdale Road. Not sure why the maid missed my room every day of 5 that I was there but towels dried themselves. Frys & other stores within short distance.

THE ROOM HAD AN SLIGHT ODOR (FIRST TIME EXPERIENCING THIS THERE). THE BATHROOM DID HAVE A LEAKY CEILNG AS THERE WERE MANY RAGS ON THE FLOOR BY THE TOILET. MAINTENCE WAS DISPATCHED & REMOVED THE RAGS. I SUGGEST THAT IF A ROOM DOES HAVE A PROBLEM LIKE THIS, THEN THE RAGS SHOULD BE REMOVED BEFORE A GUEST ENTERS THE ROOM. I UNDERSTAND THERE HAD BEEN A RAIN STORM THE DAY BEFORE.

I ALWAYS LIKE STAYING HERE. IT REALLY SERVES MY PURPOSE VERY WELL. GREAT LOCATION, ROOMS ARE CONSISTENTLY CLEAN AND THE RATES ARE REASONABLE FOR A BUSINESS TRAVELER, THE OFF SEASON RATES ARE GREAT. THE STAFF IS GREAT.

Communication wasn’t good. We had a service dog and had to pay for. When we asked about it they said we will get the money back but we had to call 2x and email because we didn’t get the refund. They said they will call back after they check but they never did. We finally got the 50.- back. Rooms are dirty and old. For that money you can stay at a better place

All rooms should have a safe facility. This was not the case, so we asked to move to a room with a safe. During our stay there was a problem with water leaking from the 1st floor. We had to move rooms, and we have been promised compensation, which should come through your company.

Location was a little more sketchy than pictures let on. Everything was dated. The best description I have is the pictures on the website were "first date", the reality was "stay at home mom in the same yoga pants for 3 days", its comfy, but definitely not what you fell in love with.

Friendly and helpful receptionist who arranged the most suitable room location for us, everything we needed in a very clean room with coffee machine and coffee at reception freely available too. Well positioned, looking straight on to the Park for running and walking, 20 mins from Sky Harbor, 7 mins from Scottsdale Old Town and across the road from a "Fry's" supermarket and other shops. Non pretentious and good value for money.

I didn’t like the hot tub in the room had burn holes on it. The carpet was also dirty. It took maintenance a long time to bring extra items we needed.
