The pictures are not true this place doesn’t look like this at all. The room was dirty and dusty. There were holes in the wall and dents on the mini fridge. There were weird people walking and standing outside. There is also a shuttle van blocking the drive all day. One of the staff left a note under my door and left feathers under my door.

It is quiet, clean and well maintained. Second time I have stayed here as I passed through.

This was a good location, a good value and a convenient stay near a show i was attending

There shouldn't be carpet up to the whirlpool tub. It made the entire room smell damp and moldy.

Location felt safe. Pool is smaller than appear on photos but reasonable.

Old and worn looking. Paint can't fix all.

I liked how quiet and relaxing it was from the morning until the evening when I was staying there and no people being loud or causing any kind of discomfort. Donna was amazing and awesome clerk that checked me in and made sure I had everything I needed as well as making sure my accommodations were the way they were supposed to be even though I arrived late. She was very funny and happy to do her job for me to the fullest made sure if there was anything I needed not to hesitate to call her at front desk. She's a vital employee you need to keep on staff there and should be a manager if she isn't one already.

What I didn't like is the day shift doesn't seem to be as friendly or concerned about a guest trying to get a problem resolved like making sure I was to get my room serviced by housekeeping. They didn't put my request on the board so they could see that I wanted service all day long to communicate with each other. Day swift didn't answer simple questions about info I asked about and seemed very unconcerned that I didn't get my room serviced. The vending machines charged me more for the products I bought and the other dispensed the wrong item but the staff isn't responsible cause they have outside vendors who are in charge of the vending machines so you have to email the company with your complaints.

Everything was okay.

Needed a bigger refrigerator.

This property is so cute. It's small but has a lot to offer. The rooms are a decent size with large, comfy, king-sized beds, big TV, and a clean bathroom. The rooms are well-stocked, too, with shampoo/conditioner/lotion/TP/towels. There's also a microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker. The pool is also quite lovely.

I enjoy the donuts and hot coffee in the lobby, but I wish they offered a full hot breakfast, perhaps in the guest lounge. The gym could use a bit of a makeover and be updated, as well as the laundry, which is coin operated. Tap to pay on those machines would be very helpful.

The room was spacious but the furniture seem old or stained. Room could use a deep clean and the bathroom door was kinda hard to close as if it was warped. Towels and sheets had some small stains. Even though you had a door tag for maid service you still had to call the front desk to request it. A nice surprise was complementary morning pastries in the front lobby.

There was a lot of smoking going on in the pool area.

Love the price and location. Very comfy and inexpensive for a suite.

Needed more towels for pool as requested before check in but it was OK still. I enjoyed ny stay.
