The central air was not great. House was extremely hot the day we arrived with outside temperatures in the 90's and temperatures inside the house were 82 when we arrived and never got cooler than 78 in our 3 day stay.

The house was very spacious and nicely decorated. The pool and hot tub was great. Quiet neighborhood. The owner was very nice and offered any help we needed and was very quick to answer any questions or problems.

Everything was great but could use some upgraded items for cooking and a deep clean. None of this would stop us from staying again though.

The hot tub, pool, and the view makes this property an amazing value and would definitely stay again!

We loved it all! The home was spacious. The pool & hot tub was great. Loved seeing the horses. Enjoyed that the Ark Encounter was so close & the Creation Museum wasn't that far away. An absolutely perfect spot for our family. The morning we were leaving, we got to meet Regina & Baylee & it was a honor & pleasure to be able to meet them, get to talk to them, & give them a Big Hug to show our appreciation for them sharing their home with us for our stay June 9th-13th, 2025. It is an absolutely terrific place to stay & enjoy time, fellowship, & memories with loved ones! Thank you Regina & Baylee from the bottom of our hearts! The “old furniture smell”, made it very hard to Stay inside the house, other than for sleeping. We spent hours cleaning trying to air the house out. We get the old Kentucky aesthetic, but that furniture needs to be thrown out, it has a foul smell.

We aren't pet people, so the pet hair and smell were not our favorites.

The house is spacious, beautifully decorated, and clean. Pool was great!

The hot tub was not functional, and I am always bummed when the listing doesn't inform you on the listing. Honestly, the pool was really wonderful, and we had other worries to detract from the lack of the hot tub. The only other thing was that my dad is in a wheelchair and while the house is pretty good for a wheelchair, the bathroom was tough for us. Neither restroom was great for a wheelchair. Again, the house was wonderful, but for handicap, you may need to consider the ability to work with non-ADA bathrooms.

This was a beautiful property. The pool and the horses were lovely. If you are going to the Ark, it is really close. The owner was really easy to work with and talk to. The place was private and close enough to Dry Ridge (where you can get your groceries).

Everything was perfect, the house was very spacious and clean with a beautiful landscape. The children really enjoyed the pool. Kevin was very attentive and kind, my car broke down and he was very generous in helping me fix it. I hope to come back soon. Thank you very much. God Bless

They were always available, very nice people!! We hope to come back.... Loved the pool, the view is amazing.. Very clean. The house was nice and cool when we arrived, which felt amazing, it was hot outside.. Loved the walk in shower.. They provided a crib and high chair for our little guy.. We hope to bring our dog next time.. Very close to the Ark encounter.
