So peaceful. We will certainly stay again. We able to stay in and cook or go out to town for a meal. Plenty of room. Comfy bed. Got to see wild turkey, deer. jack rabbits and a sweet kitty

Squeaky clean, coffee provided, beautiful setting, tranquil and private. The horse came to greet me while out grazing. A lovely respite from the big city where I live.

For the AC to be on and cooling down the unit before I got there would have been nice in this extreme heat we are experiencing right now. It was too hot when I got there. It only had a ceiling fan running that was just moving around the hot air.

I really loved this place. It was simple, but very nice, extremely clean. You have lots of privacy even though the owners are right next door. It's off a winding road in the woods. There were deer everywhere and a cat wandering around that is extremely friendly. There's a nice fire pit with lots of wood available. Be sure it's day time when you arrive. The directions and communication were excellent, but GPS will give you incorrect directions and it can be tricky to find. I would definitely rebook! The only negative thing I would comment on is that the kitchen could be stocked a little better with some mixing bowls and measuring cups. So if you plan on cooking, you might ask about that. Otherwise you have everything you need. It was lovely!

The bedroom could really use a fan. If you have to go to Boerne or surrounding areas a lot, passing through the gates might seem cumbersome.

Amazing guest house in a quiet setting in beautiful hill country. It is close enough to Boerne to make a trip in 15 minutes or so. The guest house is nicely decorated. The area is surrounded by trees and wildlife.

Second gate is a bit wonky to get in when the weather is inclement.

Awesome host! Very helpful and courteous. Provided additional luxuries that werent expected. The property is awesome, my daughter fell in love with the sweet cat, the horse was cute and friendly and location is very quiet, yet close enough to get to downtown Boerne in 10 minutes. Room was comfortable and cool. Will stay here again.

It was hot at night in the bedroom. I think if there was a ceiling fan to pull the AC from the living room it would be better. We tried using the little fan that was in the closet but it kept vibrating off the chair.

It’s kind of a Great Room layout with no bedroom door.

We were in the area for the annular eclipse (fantastic!) and wanted a cabin afterward. Great place! Nice grounds to stroll, the free-roaming horse was unique, and the cat jumped up in our lap for stargazing on the patio / outdoor table — nice and dark there. You have all the amenities you need, including a full kitchen. Super-nice hosts!
