Dear Montilla I apologize that you didn't find our Limited Service Hotel to your standard however as stated on the review above in your case as soon as you made a reservation you were advise there would be no Hot Water and that will remain the same during your stay as we were working dilegently to fix it but we knew it didn;t take 2 Days. Luckily it has been fixed and we have had Hot Water since Friday. Regarding the smell unfortunately our neighbor restaurant had issues with their garbage being picked up it has been rectify since . Regarding the size of the room and bed you did indeed book the smallest room and this is important for anyone reading the review Standard Double Room equals Full Size Room . We reccomend for bigger space to go with our Sho Stopper Suite and if something smaller either a Queen or King however the Double is our Full Size

Thanks so much for your review about our Limited Service Hotel. It was a very unfortunate events that our boilers went down leaving us with no Hot Water during your stay however we informed every person at the time of check in when it first happened that they were more than welcome to cancel the reservation free of charge and/or if they decided to stay with us we will giving them a discount per night stayed. After the initial incident we had email everything single arrival in advance letting them know about the situation and advising the options anbove as well. We have been fully transparent regarding the situation, and the entire team from entry levels to ownership and everyone in between has been working around the clock to get the situatio solved however and unfortunate is not somethign we can fix overnight. Again we completely understand your frustration reason why and as we should be we are giving everyone the options to stay with a discount, cancel for free and or shorten stay everyone is different and things affect them differently so we want to make sure to have differents options

Thanks so much Javier for your honest review rgarding our Limited Service Hotel and giving us such a compliment for our Housekeeping and Location. Regarding the rooms for future trips we have King Size Rooms and 2 lovely suites with Balconies you won't even believe it

Thanks Robert for bringing up to our attention regarding about the photos however at our Limited Service Hotel in the heart of Times Square the only difference is the Alarm Clock. On the opposite during summer we have special promo where we are giving guest 2 complimentary non alcoholic beers Heineken as well as a voucher for $ 15 for Planet Hollywood- plus the usual 2 bottles of water at check in, discount parking, 1 drink per night at Bar per room ... so please don't hesitate to reach to the property directly and address any concerns .
