Love this place.The decor is a combo of industrial antique. There are multiple sitting areas and a game room/library. Extremely clean throughout. The spa area is wonderful including a sauna that seats 4 comfortably. Breakfast is excellent and dinner and bar offer good options. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The front desk staff could have answered questions concerning room cleaning, etc. with a little more diplomacy and just not spout the rules.

Breakfast was fantastic and home cooked. The staff, both in the morning and the evening, were very considerate. They shared a lot of info re skiing conditions, where to shop and where to eat because all of them have lived in the area for years.

Cleaners could do a little better. Dirty cups were left in our room after their visit and the bathroom was never fully cleaned. The pool was also way too cold to use during our time there!

The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. The chef was fantastic at this place. The decoration throughout the hotel is lovely.

The breakfast was cold and stale. I would think others would agree that a breakfast menu, offered at cost, would be preferred over a free breakfast of poor quality. I dont think people are choosing the Inn for the free meal, and it cheapened the experience. The bed had a huge rut on one side, so bad that it was visible even when the bed was made. Mattresses should be replaced when they are that broken in. It was uncomfortable and made it difficult to get a restful night's sleep.

The views are endless and every detail is thought of. From the foreplace to the blankets to the bikes, this Inn has everything you need for a wonderful stay!

Everything was top notch.

The included breakfast was much more than expected. Homemade and extensive hot and cold full breakfast every day was varied and superb. We also ate dinner one night and it was comfortably elegant and the food was full of flavor and perfectly presented. The elevated decor in this new construction inn made us feel welcome and relaxed. The staff made us feel special, and the breakfast and riverside location made us to linger. WE We will absolutely return for another enjoyable stay.

That they don’t clean the rooms daily or take the rubbish. We were informed at check in (& not before) that they have no housekeeping service and in the next breath that tips for housekeeping were appreciated !!

Great quirky property. Lovely food and great staff. Loved the pool table and had the swimming pool all to ourselves.

The only slight downside to the hotel is that it's a bit outside of town. It makes for a quiet and peaceful location, and it only takes a few minutes to drive into town, but it would be difficult to walk to shops and restaurants in downtown.

The hotel is beautiful, particularly the grounds behind the building leading to the river. We loved being able to walk right out of our room into the lovely green space. I also loved having a patio with rocking chairs! And the staff were wonderful.

Our room was very comfortable and clean. My wife and I spent time looking around the hotel at all the beautiful decorations. The restaurant seemed like you stepped back in time to a beautiful location. The breakfast area was so comfortable and homelike! We took pictures of the bar area since it was so unique! Location is a beautiful setting on the river.

Reception personal terrible in all aspects, attitude , behavior and service, both at check-in and check out. Luckily we had only two encounters with them during our stay : arrival and leaving. For example - at 11:00 check out time, after 4 nights stay, we got locked outside the room with suitcases in the car and coats in the room: their system cancels the room key at 11:00 sharp without any notice.. that says it all.
