You could literally see the basement&outside through the floors. Every single part of the floor was loud both on our floor and upstairs, which was very loud annoying to hear with people walking around late at night. We also woke up to no water with no prior notice one morning.

No idea how to use the heat so we were cold all night. There was a note on the wall next time the radiator that said do not touch know. Tried to call several times with no answer. Also had no codes tried to call the lady said my payment didn't go through she would call me back when it did. It was my check in time called back said the system was down. Had to pay in cash now sure why I wasn't called back to tell me this. Had to leave the property to get cash out. Also the person on the phone was so quiet I couldn't hear anything. I kept repeating what she said to try to make sure I was hearing her right after telling her I couldn't hear her. Felt she was really annoyed by me doing this.

Going down the garage was scrapping the car really bad, it states there are two rooms and it’s technically one room with one bathroom a kitchen and living room. The furniture in the picture is different from what was really was there in the living room. The pullout couch and bed were so uncomfortable. We heard upstairs a lot especially in the middle of the night. The key bad outside the building was difficult to get to work until we figured out ourselves that you are supposed to hold down the keypad to make it work. It only has air unit so it doesn’t cool down like it should plus it makes it really loud and hard to hear the TV. Bathroom doesn’t have a fan so it gets so hot in there when showering and using the bathroom.

I did not stay upon arrival it was filthy. water stains on ceiling. broken blinds, dirt under couch when I looked for sleeper bed. popsicle stick on floor in plain sight, shower head full of soap scum. kitchen was not touched with a sponge of any kind. Misleading information about the apartment.

I couldn't enjoy the apartment because I rented a 2-bedroom apartment and when I arrived there was only 1 bedroom, so I had to find another apartment and I didn't have the money returned.

The only issue I ran into was the parking, it’s a large slope to get to the parking garage and unless you are in a higher vehicle such as a suv or truck you cannot park in there so I had to park on the road where I could find open parking, in which wasn’t hard but I imagine more difficult in the busier times. I also wish there was a chain lock or another form of lock on the entry doors instead of just the keypad, it would give better peace of mind at night in a new city.

I loved that there was access to Hulu, Disney+, etc free to use, I had a toddler with me and it was a perfect stay for her! They even have a cute hammock type swing inside that she loved! It’s also located right by the zoo which is what our trip was for, we even loved it so much we booked another night !

Communication between the customer and the company was very poor. We were given the thought of a secure parking location but had our catalytic converter got stolen in their parking garage. It was gated parking and too easy to get into the gated parking garage. We were also led to believe that when we left early that we would get our money's worth back for the day that we did not stay. Also, a permanent resident supposedly made a complaint that it was not secure either, and has yet to fix it.. The apartment is not family friendly. Would not recommend any family that has young children.

It was walking distance to the zoo.

A/C unit did not keep the living room cool and the couch was not great for sleeping, no extra blankets/pillows for the couch so I had to borrow them from the person staying in the bedroom.

Location was walkable to lots of food and entertainment, decent shower and TV set up. The books were a nice addition as well.
