The house and Eric the host/owner were great! This was my first ever experience with booking an Air B&B. I usually get hotel rooms. Glad this was my first ever experience! I’ll definitely book here again on my next trip to Fresno!

This house accommodated my family and I perfectly. It was very clean. There were nice snacks available. We also like that it was quiet and we felt like we were at home. Our host was very nice and very helpful. Love how Eric made sure we had everything and was available if we needed him.

All was good, but the floor was making noise. We woke up early to leave and tried our best to be quiet so as not to wake up others. I hope we were good guests :)

Clear check-in and check-out process although I didn't even see the house's owner. The room was clean and quite. We just stayed a night to visit Yosemite after visiting Sequoia National Park. All good :)

We felt a bit uncomfortable because of the noise, which is made by house when you go to a WC at night, to a kitchen early in the morning or when you change your position in the bed-then it seamed that you shall wake up every one ona house. Also it was uncomfortable to find then house at night as it has no number on it.

Every thing was great. We had our own space. Nobody disturbed us. The owner is a good and helpful man. It was a good time even with what I mentioned in “dislikes”. This property is a good choose.

The wooden floor is very squeaky and the walls are pretty thin so you kinda wake up with the first person to get out of bed.

Lovely house and very responsive host. Equipped with everything you need, decorated in a very artistic, yet functional way. The bathroom is shared between the two rented rooms which we booked so it wasn't an issue.

We liked everything.

We liked all!!! Eric is a great host. He welcomed us into his home and he showed us around. We had a lot of privacy and guests room is on the opposite side of home owner room. The room was perfectly prepared for us. A lot of small things set up in the house, local shops suggestions, phone chargers, hand made soap, etc… too many good things!!!

The host is very welcoming and helpful, good communication! The room is very comfortable, very well-equipped and the host puts us at ease in his house, we feel good, large kitchen, large living room. Perfect check-in and check-out.

Hard to find, drove around the block 3x before finding the house number. The nearby houses didn't have any house numbers either.. Never got to meet the owner/host of the house..

The shower temperature could have been hotter. My husband wished there had been heavier curtains in the room to block out more early morning light.

Great location, very comfortable and welcoming, from the little touches in the room (a selection of chargers, a note with pointers to a coffee shop) to the lights left on to welcome us in the evening. We had two bedrooms and a bathroom connected by a hallway in its own wing of the home.

Overall the property was clean and well maintained. There was nothing I didn’t like or could complain about.

Like a home away from home! Quiet, calm, and relaxing. Grateful to be able to complete my work in a comfortable safe environment. My privacy was respected. The home owner was very accommodating of an early arrival time and very professional throughout my stay.

The room was amazing, it had everything that was needed. From comfort, hygiene, everything was there. Bed was very comfortable, there were snacks, coffee and towels. Also Eric communicates a lot if everything is okay and in lets you know if there will be another guest in the neighboring room beforehand. Location is perfect in case you want to visit Yosemite and Sequoia in one weekend.

Both our room and the bathroom were very clean and tidy. The room was very comfortable and our host very welcoming and helpful. There were coffee and snacks for the morning, which was nice and the house was in a quiet street, so we had good two night's sleep there. Overall a place I can easily recommend.
