To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaI did not like that open table would tell us that the hotel restaurant had no reservations available so we called and the hostess told us that they were committed for the entire night. We went down to the restaurant thinking maybe we could sit at the bar, the restaurant was almost empty. We walked in and she sat us down not once mentioning that they were committed. Enjoyed dinner and the restaurant still wasn't full when we left.
Dinner at the hotel restaurant is awesome. The hostess in the hotel was very informative about things in the area and things to do.

United States of AmericaWe had a late lunch of appetizers and they were just okay. They were too salty. We did have a margarita and it was wonderful. Would highly recommend the margaritas.
We were very pleasantly surprised. All of the staff was very friendly and attentive. Every time you asked for something, it came very quickly. The room was large and very comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful. The hotel is very conveniently located on the River Walk.

United States of AmericaI called to the spa to reserve but you have to call a few days ahead to get in on the weekends or maybe a day or two ahead.
I loved how they literally bring you anything to the room my husband forgot his cell phone in the vehicle and they brought it all the way to the room and they are all so nice. They also bring complimentary water & ice to your room. The location is perfect you are steps from river walk and food stands and restaurants. The rooms are so comfortable and big.

United States of AmericaI think for the price you pay some amenities should come with the type of room you purchased. For example valet parking was $40 per day but to park it our selves for $10 per day. This type of price hick is not necessary. We also had no use of the refrigerator if we wanted to keep something cold. I had chocolate covered strawberries and couldn’t save them for when we really wanted to eat them. Many hotels have food in the mini bar that they don’t lock up. If you eat some just charge us when we check out with the incidental funds. This was an incredible hotel that cost us over a thousand to stay for two nights. Please think more on rewarding those customers will to pay that price and more going forward.
I thought the room was really nice and the view was excellent. Staff were very accommodating and friendly.
