Jenny knocked it out of the park with the amenities! The bed was so comfortable I want to get one of my own. This place is so charming and in a great location, 10/10 would book again.

The only thing I didn't like was the shower being in the living room, but it was ok cause it was just me and my husband. Also the lighting wasn't very good.

This is a very nice and cozy place to stay. It was very quiet, easy to get in and out, and very easy to find. Very clean. It was very close to the oven auditorium and the comedy zone, the 2 places we were going to while staying there.

Construction work on the street was causing a little inconvenience. But it should only be temporary.

Great location! So many great restaurants nearby. Can even walk to uptown. Very clean and quiet. Host was quick to respond and helpful. We had a wonderful stay. Would definitely return.

Currently there is construction going on, but you just need to circle around or don’t miss the short cut thru the adjoining building.

We had a wonderful stay at this property it was very spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. I’d like to recommend this property to 2-3 people. Very nice layout, we loved the extras like mints and flavored coffee!

My only complaint was how the shower was placed. It is about a foot off the ground with a stepstool to and from. Feels a little unsafe to get in and out due to possible slipping. As well as the location is beside the main living room area out in the open. Since we were a couple, it wasn't bad, but I didn't love it being outside of the bathroom and wouldn't have wanted that if I was with family, but that is for me personally. There is a curtain but still, very much an open experience.

In a lovely area, with many good resteraunts nearby. Highly recommend Calle Sol nearby. Everything is within about half an hours walking distance, including the main square of the city. Cute little apartment with washer and dryer setups as well as a toaster oven, microwave, and minifridge. A small addition that ended up being really nice was fairy lights. They had them up for the holidays but came in handy when my partner would get headaches and need minimal light. They could dim to just allow enough light for us to move around without bothering his head too much. So, I loved that small detail that ended up saving a couple of our nights. The host was very nice and happy to accommodate any requests we had and were quick to respond to any questions or issues we had. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, especially for the price. It was a good deal and would happily stay again.

It was a bit cold, and there’s no stove, just microwave oven

Love the location, close to uptown, perfect for a single person or a couple looking for a place to lay their heads while traveling in Charlotte. It’s a studio turned apartment suite and really is super quaint, I think the host did great renovating the space. Easy parking, not very populated so very quiet, easy self check in process.

it’s more like an office converted to provide comfortable accommodation without all the noise and activity of a large establishment. it felt safe even though no one else was on site.

Wasn’t clean 100% the cleaning lady didn’t even clean the shower out came across a roach in the bathroom && fridge wasn’t that clean either!

Odd facility, plainly an office condo that has been converted to an “apartment.” The shower is actually in the “living room” with a large screen serving as a divider. The toilet is in with a large washer and a large dryer

It was dirty (dust from weeks) Everything was "white" and I start with allergies since day 1, I had to clean before sleeping, the shower was moldy, there was a mug with water inside the microwave (and the mug was still there at our check out, smelling fishy), the oven was dirty (food leftovers) but we didn't use that so... they sent someone until the previous day before check out, the host was kinda rude telling me the prices of a person to go clean and stuff that I didn't need to know, and when she told me she was going to send someone I said "hey not today we want to rest" besides "I already clean" she sent someone and this lady vacuum the place with a vacuum full with dist and dirt, completely full and dirty and start wiping (because they wipe, just wipe everything, thats not cleaning) The wipes were super strong and had this hard smell and my 4 year old was feeling bad so we had to leave the office...because it's not an apartment it's an office in an office building! It doesn't feel safe to me but we where too far from home, it was Thanksgiving weekend and to be honest was pretty sad to deal with all of this...We were so excited to visit Charlotte but the stay was a bummer! A really bad bad experience specially with the answers host was giving, I mean...if you have a place for rent, you know you have to prioritize that (even holidays) and not explain to the guest things they don't need to know (i dont have to know how expensive it is, i already pay for my stay) that's rude...they don't care about guests...

Nothing, it was great!

Fantastic location! A short walk to downtown. Plenty of great restaurants only a short drive away, and you can even walk to some. There's an awesome record store close to it that I stopped by and I loved it! The place is very cozy and it was clean and the bed was comfy.
