The bathroom still had remains of someone else hair in the tub.the swimming pool had foam pellets made it uncomfortable to actually enjoy the pool

Our room door was beat up bathroom door knob is damaged the tub was wobbly from the plastic that we were standing on in the tub and shower has low water pressure when I was there I cleaned the Ac vents very dusty

The maids come and asked do we need our room clean they checked by everyday we stay there to clean our room and give us new towels every day

THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST,THE BATHROOM IN MY ROOM WAS DIRTY WHEN I GOT THERE ESPECIALLY THE BATHROOM FLOOR. I LIKE TO BE BAREFOOT IN MY ROOM AND SINCE THE FLOOR WAS SO DIRTY MY FEET TURNED BLACK.

Like an aged fighter, the Palms 88 has seen better days. In its youth is was likely vibrant, well-appointed, and vital but now it shows a sag in the shoulder, a paunchy gut, and tired eyes. The room was likely top notch twenty years ago but the entire place shows signs of benign neglect. From the peeling wallpaper to the stale smell of marijuana permeating all the halls, to the ramshackle elevators, to the rundown condition the parking lot, the hotel is not a destination, it's a place you stay if you need to be near downtown and you don't have other choices. If you are booking for more than 80.00 a night, you are wasting money.

The staff, most especially Debra, were helpful and friendly. The shower was very good even if the bathroom was tiny, and the sheets, pillows, and beds were comfortable. It was in an excellent location for my needs. Even though the hotel itself is not recommended, I have to say that every other guest with whom I interacted was extremely friendly and polite.

Cleanliness of tubs, air quality of a/c. Smell throughout room coul be better, possibly due to maintenance of carpets.

The bathroom was dated. Especially the tubs. The carpets need cleaning to keep a fresh smell throughout the room. In addition the hvac system needs better maintenance as well to keep the air smell pleasant.

It was comfortable and a great location. Was able to walk to restaurants when necessary.

There was no continental breakfast as advertised. Elevator requires servicing. I got stuck in the elevator for a short time. Front desk staff was not friendly. However housekeeping staff was exceptional. Limited TV channels

Restaurant was closed. Reception Staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is what you would expect for that price range, but everything was adequate... and overall it was good value for money when compared to others in the area. Many thanks.

Overall the hotel seemed to be just a little run down. Everything looked to be in the process of being repaired or updated but wasn't done yet. Potential is great - just needs a little more care.
