Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaParking became difficult since we had a tall van so we parked at the zoo. Elevator slow at times.
We loved the decorations and the beds were very nice. Keurig coffee and the gift of insulated bags was wonderful. We enjoyed the bath and bidet. Nice area for breakfast. Laundry was convenient. It was near the beach and many restaurants. Nice mini mart. We appreciated all the comforts of home including a stiffer and first aid kit.

United States of AmericaThe only thing we didn't like was the extra firmness of 2 of the beds.
Great location and very clean, kitchen was stocked with necessities (pots/pans/utensils) to cook which was very appreciated! Loved access to pool and short walk to the beach.

United States of AmericaThere is really nothing to complain about this property.
The property was great, very close to the beach and Waikiki strip. Everything is within distance. Daisy has been very communicative and very helpful. Laundry is right next to the room so we didn’t have to walk very far. Our daughter was able to use the pool and the little playground on the 6th level.

United States of AmericaUnfortunately, being really close to the waikiki beach means there is still a lot of noise at midnight. It is not the owner's fault, though.
You can find everything you need, especially the cookware.

CanadaHonestly there was not much to complain about. We had heard the building elevators were slow but didn't find them too bad.
The overall experience was great. communication with owner was prompt and as promised. Free parking was a definite plus for the area. Condo had everything we needed including beach towels. Location was great with easy access to all things by car and walking.

United States of AmericaThere are 3 beds in the unit. The living room has a fold out double bed (newer and comfortable). The bedroom has a double bed and twin bed and the mattresses seemed older, hard and uncomfortable to both my husband and I. Unit does not have central air (older building), but a window unit in the living room, so if you close the bedroom sliding partition, you have no air conditioning in bedroom. There is a fan to help circulate the air, but the bedroom itself does not have AC. Older building and a lot of noise in the surrounding area (that’s the trade off for being close to all action), including outside daily garbage pick ups. Building is about 35 floors with 4 elevators, which are very unreliable. One morning we waited 20 minutes for an elevator down to lobby from the 9th floor! We witnessed many people voicing frustration over the elevator system. We started using the external stairwell once we learned that they were not for emergency use only. We were never locked out of unit, but I would recommend a key pad system, as the door does lock behind you and key is needed for entry.
Great central location, just a few blocks to Waikiki beaches, shops and plenty of restaurants. Parking included, which was a bonus. If staying in Honolulu/ close to Waikiki, you would not need a car. You could walk to most things, take the bus or Uber down to Ala Moana (the huge mall). Unit included 2 beach chairs, 2 beach towels and 1 umbrella. Unit was as described and very clean. We didn’t cook or use the TV, but it was equipped with dishes for 4 people. Unit has a balcony that overlooks pool, 2 hot tubs and tennis court (never saw anyone on the court so not completely sure if it’s in use) and view from balcony looked to another high rise. There’s a sliver view of the beach from the kitchen and bedroom - different side of the building from the balcony. Unit is at the end of the hallway so away from elevators and hallway traffic. Also, unit is right next to the laundry room (1 washer and 1 dryer), which was convenient and doesn’t appear to be used too often. And, garbage access very close and the stairwell (if you chose to avoid the elevator).

United States of AmericaNumbers on key lock box on door very difficult to see,had some trouble getting in. I was nervous about losing key and would recommend keypad entry. Unit appeared clean, but on closer look, under beds and furniture were not clean. Furniture set up a bit odd, 3 beds, including one in living area. Two beds in bedroom were very hard, no mattress pad and not comfortable, glad that living room bed was more comfortable. Beds had no flat sheet for cover, only a heavy duvet and it was rather warm. Would also recommend better area for phone/electronic charging. Also, I was not notified of check out time or procedure until the day before. A little more advance notice would have been better.
great location, liked it was a mostly quiet, end unit. nice view of pool and ocean view from kitchen. Felt safe in neighborhood and in building as a solo traveler. Liked free WI-FI, convenient kitchen, small a/c unit, bathtub, and the parking included was great. The owner provided coffee K cups, and a few snacks, nice! Garage was security controlled and also felt safe. I liked he beach towels and beach chairs for use also! Instructions for access by owner were very clear.
