Older property that was definitely “Rental” grade I was anticipating a unit in better condition at this property as it was considered a premiere property in previous years. It needs a professional paint job as years of color changes was sloppy in the restrooms Fan did not work in the hall bath…just FYI

The room was very dirty. The beds and couches were very uncomfortable and dirty. The "balcony" was so tiny you couldn't even go out on it with another person. The outdoor pool was under construction. The indoor pool was extremely cold,too even get in. The place was a maze and the parking didn't match where the room was.

I liked how close the beach was to our room. The set up if the room.

Picking up the info and keys was easy peasy. The keys were at the realtor office and the rest of the site info was at the A Place at the Beach location office.

We booked a 2 bedroom unit through Booking.com & we got a 1 bedroom unit (#319). Booking.com did not have accurate information or pictures posted. We have a 14 month old child and the unit was small and cluttered. There were 2 tacks and a bolt on the floor when we arrived, along with two almost dead roaches. The TV is on a glass roll stand. This is not a good choice for anyone with a small child. We never would have booked this unit because the pictures show it's not very child friendly. We also will never use Booking.com again.

While the overall resort is a bit older, the buildings and facilities appear to be maintained nicely. The particular unit is very dated and desperately needs updated decor and furniture to provide a comfortable setting. One wall in the living room had lots of stains - either a spill or mold?? The unit was small and tidy, but the master bed and the couch have expired their useful life. The metal frame of the bunk beds appeared to be newer, but not very sturdy, such that every movement from one person shook the bed and woke the other person. The bathrooms appeared to have been updated and were nice and clean. Similar updates could be made to the main living area and master bedroom to provide a pleasant atmosphere, such as new paint, carpet, window coverings, etc.

We did like the fact this is located in Atlantic Beach. The beach at the property was nice with easy access

I didn’t like booking.com or Vacasa that we had to go through. They are very misleading and I thought I was getting a different room when I rented this one and they wouldn’t help me change it once I found out they had misled me to think I was getting an oceanfront room. It was way to small of a room for a family of 4 and they say it sleeps 6. If you had 6 people in this place you would not be able to move.

Location sucks, if you like looking at vehicles drive through the parking lot then you will like it. But the beautiful ocean front view shown and displayed to be the property is not the same. I thought I was paying for an oceanfront property instead we got a parking lot and Booking blamed Vacasa and Vacasa blamed booking and they would not help us get our money back and get an oceanfront room like we were led to believe.

Great grounds. The only problem is the parking lot could be repaved!!

Love that I can see the ocean drinking my morning coffee and evening wine!!! Convenient to hot tub and elevator

If I have to say anything it could use a lil dec lute ring and updating and the futon is so uncomfortable but these are very small things
