Beds were a little hard. Recently had back surgery so that was uncomfortable

I loved the care that was put in to it with all the decor and cleanliness. Down to simple things like salt and pepper and spices to cook with.

This property truly felt like home away from home. All of the beds, including the day beds in the sun room, were super comfortable. The house was well stocked with anything and everything you could need in a vacation home. Our kids had a great time in the game room while I did laundry. The hot tub was such a treat after long days spent downtown, which is about a 5 minute drive! I would be thrilled to stay here again!

I had trouble operating the TV, The owner helped me out with this, and the company that cleans it was a little slower helping me. They both did a good job. After all, it was Thanksgiving. What was I thinking.

Close to town but far enough out that you can see wildlife in abundance. The cottage was beautifully decorated. I love it. The living room furniture was beautiful but a little uncomfortable to watch TV. I prefer a recliner, but it was beautiful and I loved it. I would stay here again and again.

- Location: The hotel's location was convenient and enjoyable. - Cozy Atmosphere: The house had a cozy and nostalgic feel, reminiscent of a grandmother's house, which made the stay relaxing. - Wildlife Sightings: The proximity to nature allowed for a unique experience, as bears were spotted just 50 feet away from the front porch. - Hot Tub: The hot tub was a highlight of the stay and greatly enjoyed. - Thoughtful Touches: The owner provided small amenities such as coffee and tea supplies, as well as books, board games, and cards, which added to the overall experience.

Game room and master bath were very dated. There were no extra trash bags so we had to use Food City bags.

No air vents in the second bedroom.

Communication was excellent, timely and detailed! Directions were accurate. Especially CLEAN and well furnished with quality cook/dishware. When we arrived, the master bath toilet was running non-stop. We called about it and the issue was quickly resolved. Location was convenient to everything in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We even encountered two bear sightings and one owl. Thermostat was accurate. Hot tub was clean and functional. YES, We would definitely stay here again. The owner has spent a great deal of her talents creating a charming and inviting atmosphere.

The property is located in the woods but it takes minutes to reach the town. There is a mama bear roaming around with her 3 cubs (never came into the property we felt very safe). It is very quiet and peaceful, The house is spacious with comfortable beds and exceptionally well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the open deck as well as the covered deck when it rained. I really appreciated that the host left their savings card for the local grocery store and a bunch of information about the options for what do around the area. There was a problem with the pin lock but it was fixed within an hour.

Only downfall is the hot tub gets cold quick but that hot Ayer in the home makes up for it! 4 adults took showers back to back and still had HOTT WATER!

The property is Beautifully Decorated to feel right at home! The beds are comfortable and it’s fairly a private space! It was clean, quiet, and cozy. They also had no problems helping with any issues that happened to arise in a courteous time frame.
