Maintenance is an issue. Broken exterior door locks, TV is spotty, but simple and easy to use - unlike too many hotels with complicated TV interfaces. Things look old and not very attractive. Has good potential if better maintained .

Location is great - Cattleman's next door! Interior courtyard view rooms are nice.

Lack of tv channels available, not that we wanted to sit and watch tv for hours but it would have been nice to have some more options for quiet time before bed. When we arrived all the appliances were unplugged, so we had to wait for the refrigerator to get up to temperature for our food. The pool did not have the depths labeled underwater which made it unsafe for children who were swimming to see when exactly they could no longer touch the bottom, in my experience most pools have it marked clearly underwater so people can see while swimming beneath the surface.

Check in staff was kind gentleman with long hair; hotel was close to the activities we wanted to do the next day, bed was comfortable.

Beds were clearly old. Small decorative pillows on bed. Door stuck had to shove open. Sliding glass door lock was broken. Breakfast was disappointing.

Rooms being updated, however, bathroom sink missing stopper, shower bar loose, hanging down couldn't close curtain, shower water valve reversed hot water on right. Pet friendly, however pets not allowed on grass in center area. Designated pet area only had mulch, no grass.

Ice machines didn’t work. Had trouble with the TV. No answer at the front desk. Breakfast was late. We had to leave before it was available.

So we checked in and went to our room, upon opening the door you got an instant over powering smell of dog piss, went to let the front desk know, they changed our room, walked in still smelled but this time it was of a different kind and come to visually see it black mold and not just a spot it was along the wall next to the bed!! I then went back down to the front desk and they gave us a 3rd room. This room smelled way better, but the room wasn’t the cleanest the carpet was so stained and old, bed had a huge cave in it and the walls were filthy. This place needs serious upgrades and in my honest opinion it’s not worth my money nor the hassle to stay in a place that’s almost like Motel 6. The breakfast was decent 🤷🏽‍♀️.

There was a 6 inch hole in the Sheetrock. The room needs a serious overhaul. We were told that we could only have one key to our room. Order more! We couldn’t enjoy the balcony the door handle was broken.
