Location was great

It’s old, not modernized soda machine had no water

Nice location close to shops and restaurants bed was comfortable and it was quiet.

Had a gap under my door where big bugs were coming into the room I had to take a towel and lay it across the bottom of the door to stop them. The next morning I picked up the towel and there were 9 big bugs that fell out of the towel. When I told the front desk the next morning the gal who was working seemed not interested as it was normal.

The gentleman that checked us in was the best. Very helpful

You should remove the old curled paper sign in the room from the start of Covid about room service. This did not give us confidence about the cleanliness.

The location was excellent. Walked right outside to everything. The mission is across the street, good coffee across the street, and funny enough authentic Italian, excellent restaurant across the street too. Toscana, we recommend eating there

We walked into the lobby, and it was as hot as the outside. No AC. The poor young woman behind the counter looked miserable. There wasn't much in the way of customer service, she just asked for our our card and license, showed is how to get to our room and that was that.No niceties...Im assuming the heat was just too much. Cute lobby, though. The room, ok, if you are just needing a shower and place to lay your head, then this is it. Anything else, nope, not here. Picture this, visiting your late grandparents' house that hasn't been renovated since the late 70s. Kinda cute and cozy with the nostalgic memories, and then you remember it's a hotel where tons of people have done god knows what in the upholstered recliners and on the original carpet and then suddenly not so nostalgic. We decided it best not to sit in the recliners and keep our sandals on our feet anytime walking around. Suspicious stains on carpet, drapes, and walls. But again, we were only there to sleep and shower, and it was cheap, so you get what you pay for. It worked for the night. The bed was ok, but as in other reviews, pillows were not.

Bathroom tiles at sink totally detached. Moved when stepped on. Toiletries were filthy around spouts. Body wash totally empty.
