we were on the top floor and directly under the roof terrace. every morning and every evening the staff must have been sliding the furniture around for setup and cleaning, dragging and scraping and loud. maybe they can pick it up instead?

location, design, and a gathering spot. the setup is very well done. there is a parking garage across the street that makes it easy

The understaffing meant we didn't get our bar drinks until midway through our dinner. However, they realized the problem and did not charge us for the drinks. The toilet in the room should be replaced! These extremely low profile toilets are not going to work for most males and guys, you know what I mean. In addition, you have to be a catortionist to flush when doing your business as it's the European style top of toilet mechanism. This is really unacceptable! Put real toilets in the rooms. The plastic seat wouldn't even stay in place. Also, it took almost 5 minutes to get hot water. It finally arrived but you need to plan ahead. We though the price for the room was too much. There were no robes and the view from the window was that of a building, the roof and air conditioning units, and a parking lot.

Staff was great. The restaurant was understaffed but one of the workers who works the convention was volunteering his time to help out for NO pay. That's devotion and well received. We left some items at the hotel by mistake and they have a program where they will mail the stuff you left behind. We realized it about 4 hours after we left and our items will be picked up to ship to us tomorrow. Great program and that saves me a ton of money on the items left behind. Food was really better than we expected in the rooftop bar/restaurant.

Not a bunch of complaints.

I traveled with my son as part of our "college tour" with the local campus, Montana State University. I have stayed at other AC Hotels. I will say that I've been pleased with what they offer. The staff at this facility have been amazing. I can't say enough about the friendliness of everyone we have had an interaction with during our stay. They offer valet parking, which we took advantage of, even with a "slightly cheaper" public parking across the street. When they call you by name as you pull in, it reminds me of Cheers (those who remember) with the personal approach. I would recommend without a doubt this establishment and will stay again when I return.

The only thing that I didn't like was the mention of a room with a city view but we were in the room with a view of the HVAC system. It wasn't a game changer since we only needed the room to sleep but don't mention it if not all rooms have it.

I really liked how clean the room was. We just needed the room for the night so we didn't take advantage of most of the amenities. The bed was very comfortable to the point it was hard to get up early and back on the road!

Parking was unclear. Didn't know there was only valet parking. Registration through phone didn't work. But, in the end my car was delivered quickly when I came for it.

The down point for the hotel was having to pat for parking, but given its location, it was necessary. Space is limited downtown.

Loved the hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Next time I'm in Bozeman, I'll definitely stay there.

The air conditioner in our room was incredibly loud and disruptive to sleep. Our toilet clogged and the breakfast was slim. We were told their walk in fridge had broken that night, but they did end up not charging so that was nice. I prefer on-site parking so our only option was offsite valet which worked for us, and valet was super helpful.

Location was great. Nice restaurant and nice hotel in general. Staff was awesome and always professional.
