1. The bar and restaurant do not open until 5pm daily. This is crazy because what do you eat during the other hours? 2. The cleanliness at the pool was subpar. The chairs are falling apart and there’s trash in the bushes. I stayed for 3 days and saw the trash from day 1 - day 3

Eclipse pricing but that was evident throughout Texas pre and post April 8!!!

Nice open lobby. Buffet breakfast was fine except egg dishes weren’t to my liking. Access to property is through surrounding construction so not very attractive. Turned out to be great stay for eclipse as we were near a nature preserve. Overall fine stay and rating of location is probably function of why you are in Dallas and where you need to be. Hotel is close to a great restaurant for dinner: Kenny’s Wood Fired Grill. Highly recommend it.

We were literally right across the street from our meeting location, so it saved us a ton of money on Ubers. The hotel was clean and well-maintained and the amenities were top notch.

The rooms could have been slightly cleaner. There was hair in my bed and I have a slight touch of trichophobia. Also, the toilet clogged twice during my stand and around the sink was unclean.

Location was awesome! I didnt have the opportunity to get breakfast and the bar at night was very chill and a great vibe with great food! Kaelin and Paul made lasting impressions on me and my family! Really great hires!

The location is pretty distant from the city center.

The hotel is fairly big, relatively new and has a lot off room around. The parking on the street is safe and free. I'd go back there again.

We thought breakfast was free, which one of the staff mentioned to us we will get free breakfast, but we did not.

We loved the way the hotel was it looked so comfortable and especially the pool.

The bathroom was clogged before we got there and it took a whole day and night before they came and fixed it forcing me and my wife to use the restrooms in the lobby area

Location was great. The Galleria Mall was directly across the street from the hotel. Me and my home girl walked across the street. Very convenient!..

Parking is a bit tuff, but nothing that is unmanageable. Also, we could smell a strong presence of some illegal substances in the hall at one point, where my oldest asked why it smelled like skunk…

Wow! Loved the secluded entrance & the pool being surrounded by the hotel itself and not out in the open. The lobby is super modern and loved the open floor plan. Also, it was CLEAN! I didn’t feel at all uncomfortable. We have 3 kids between 2 & 7 and we all absolutely enjoyed our stay. The pool was perfect for the kids. All in all, we will for sure be back.

our shower leaked through and we didn’t get a view of the city which was a bummer. Instead we got a view of the roof vents.
