We enjoyed such a nice weekend in Madison at the AC. It was my son's move-in weekend at the University of Wisconsin so we really needed it to be a special few days and this fabulous hotel delivered. Our rooms were very comfortable, especially Room 601 which was a corner room with a stunning view of the lake. The people were kind and helpful. The restaurant is delicious and has an extraordinary view of the Capitol buiilding. We loved our stay!!

The staff were very helpful. My car battery died and the valet helped me charge my battery. He was very kind and went above and beyond to help me. We were grateful!

Great stay with our pet. Easy check in and out. Clean, modern and quiet room with vinyl floor and excellent shower—minimal step up and non-slip floor. Amazing bar area upstairs with view of Capitol. Walkable … near multiple restaurants and Capitol.

Toilet too low and square toilet seat uncomfortable . No availability of coffee other than in room or paying $4 for small styrofoam cup in lobby which was not a coffee that looked like it was kept fresh . I am use to upper class hotels such as this one where coffee is free and available. Having a Starbucks or other popular coffee shop within the hotel would be great to get that much needed coffee fix of a good coffee and treat when not participating in breakfast at hotel, or being able to go into morning breakfast area and paying for a cup of good coffee and not having to pay for breakfast to get it.

The view was amazing - the front desk girls went above and beyond - even writing a hand written note in our room wishing us a happy anniversary - along with a bottle of champagne and a box of chocolates. They really made our night. The valet was prompt and very courteous. Over all a great experience - right down to the shampoo and body gel in the shower - convenient dispensing!!

Fitness room was top quality equipment, with towels and water. But it faces west with all windows and the room thermostat said 86F when I went to work out because no shades were down and the room was cooking. Morning or evening workouts would be better than afternoon in summer.

Beautiful rooms, super clean, everything felt brand new. Eno Vino resturant on 10th floor with a terrace bar overlooking the Capital is a great view.

When asking for a bottle of water from the bar or front desk they would refer you to a water bottle filling station. The blinds are extremely loud when raising or lowering. You can hear everything in other rooms. Cannot check out in your room. Extremely small room.

1. Extremely over priced on 2 of The 4 nights we spent there . (Felt we had to stay at this hotel due to our Madison engagements.) 2. Valet parking payment process. They require a credit card upon arrival, then without notifying me, charged me for 4 nights valet parking on my first night there. (I was able to get a refund for nights 2-4, but only after 2 phone calls, which had to be made to the parking manager - I could not correct this situation through the front desk. Additionally, each interaction re valet parking, in addition to the fee (about $25+, can’t remember exactly), the request submitted to reclaim one’s car requested a pre-set tip for the parking attendant, $5 and more. Location Room was ok but nothing special Did not like: Breakfast not good ,had very limited food Choices (kitchen could prepare just 2 dishes);+ plus sparsely provided, limited platters of cheese, processed meats, fruit, which seemed to never be refreshed.

The room was cold. 63 degrees even after having a staff member check it. Not the best after walking about downtown on a Wisconsin winter night.

The location was great. The room was small but clean with a nice view. The Eno Vino bistro was a fun night cap.

Breakfast was expensive for what was offered. Much of the food was cold, and the staff didn't replenish drinks without being asked. The room was ok but very expensive for what it was, and the shower door was broken so it didn't completely close and water got everywhere and when I asked for extra towels to deal with it, I was treated like I asked for a kidney and they actually never came. I asked to have a food package delivered to my niece's room as it was her wedding night - I wanted to deliver it myself but was not permitted to do so - and the package was never delivered and was "lost" and when I brought this to the staff attention the next day the email "apology" that I received was the worst. It actually made me more upset and never actually apologized for the incident. And I was never offered anything in terms of compensation for the package I left with the front desk staff.

Being able to walk to the Capitol was great and the view from the restaurant was great.

I’m not crazy about the parking situation. It’s one of those locations you really rather use the valet out of necessity versus convenience.

Room was nice and comfortable. Check in and out was easy.

No carpeting in room. Very hard edged. Constant scraping of chairs, music and noise from club above. Very slick design but cold and unwelcoming feel. Noisy club atmosphere. No self parking on premises. Overpriced valet only.
