Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomLittle noisy on the weekend at night as Rosa Sky nightclub is on the rooftop. If you want it quiet for a low floor. We asked for top floor not knowing about the nightclub.
Amazing location, great pool. Staff were super helpful. DJ at poolside was great. Generally a great vibe about the whole hotel.

CanadaThe location is noisy due to the elevated train going by all night. The finishes were very basic and the vinyl flooring was glued properly to the floor so it made noise when we walked on it in the middle of the night, which made getting a good night's sleep even more difficult between the trains and the flooring.
The hotel is clean and modern. The public areas are very nice. The eating facilities are beautiful and the food was excellent for a tapas place, which was all that we needed.

PanamaBreakfast was the same during my 6-night stay and the cleanliness of the room could have been a lot better, the air conditioning did make a lot of noise and the blackout never shut completely.
The hotel is located near Brickell City Center, which has plenty of restaurants and things to do. The area around the hotel felt safe, with supermarkets, pharmacies, shopping, and dining within walking distance. The gym is well equipped.
