Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThe street it’s on is a little hard to navigate. The front desk also told me there was a shuttle to concerts but it ended up being the city bus.
Overall the property was clean and quiet

United States of AmericaParking was a little tight but we managed.
Location: in the suburb but literally five minutes from downtown Mpls. Great staff; very attentive and personable. The Reveal bar on the sixth floor is to die for: great bartenders and a view of downtown Minneapolis.

United States of AmericaThe breakfast was disappointing. Nor bread or bagels, although there was a toasted present. Only croissant to go with eggs and bacon. Service was not as expected. We had to ask for cutlery and remind them of the coffee cans and the orange juice.

United States of AmericaParking was ridiculous! Never, ever had to walk a block and park in a non-attached garage/parking lot to the hotel I am staying in. No night light. Amenities for almost $300 room were were nearly non-existent. No place to hang a towel in bath. Room could potentially sleep four, but only one sink in the bathroom.
The location was ok as we were going downtown.

United States of AmericaOriginally booked for a king size bedroom but was given a double queen as the receptionist in front could not find my reservation from booking, even after presenting valid ID and receipt of the booking. (*something to be aware of if you're booking through a third party like Booking). After confirmation to see that I did have a room reserved, she then proceed to book reservation through the hotel website instead as she could not figure it out through Booking and I was given a room as close to my reserved price as possible. I thought it was going to be the requested King size, as the hotel mentioned they had a lot of vacancies, but I was given a double queen instead. Since my partner and I were tired, I didn't mind too much of the switch up. The only plus was that the room was a corner unit so we had a nice view. Did see some leftover trash from the garbage bins in our unit though. Overall, room was still clean, good space, and beds were comfortable. I usually love AC Hotels. I am appreciative the staff still found a way to accommodate their switch up, however I wish the price was honored for the room I originally reserved. I had to pay $20-30 extra for a room that wasn't even what I requested. Professional that staff addressed problem, unprofessional as they did not know the proper procedures to provide customers with original booking. I remember the receptionist trying to get a hold of their boss on how to proceed. I do not mind paying the extra charge but this won't cut for others who may be on a budget. * Note: There is no way to contact front desk unless you go online and search for the location number, which is not very efficient if you need assistance right away. We had to call them for a question but I wish a card was provided in the room to contact front desk if need be. Overall, I still enjoyed my stay.
Room was generally clean, beds comfortable. If you get a corner room, the view is adequate and nice to look at. This hotel was able to provide us with a late checkout of 4pm (crazy right! Very appreciative!) before our flight, due to low occupancy the weekend we stayed. Always love the cieling showerhead and I love that we get free parking. It is good to know that there is no microwave in the unit, only in the lobby past the receptionist desk.

United States of AmericaI didn't like the Parking as I had to park in the underground garage and walk up 3 flights of stairs and I am Asthmatic. The staff provided no communication about the elevator located in the basement. While I was there, I watched 3 different people who lived in the Apartments next to the Hotel get in their cars and leave.
I was pleased with the cleanliness and most of the staff was pleasant.
