I was expecting there to be parking. I did not find out until I arrived that the parking was with a daily pay lot. I would have preferred the cost of parking to be included so I could come and go freely without paying every time. The breakfast could include a few more American standards like bacon and eggs.

Breakfast is available so we went ahead and served ourselves to the buffet, however, as soon as we sat down to eat, a waitress put a check down on our table without saying anything. I thought that was very odd but it was still very good and cheaper than going out.

Very clean and the modern decor made it feel nice and cozy. We got there in the morning and were able to check in early. Our room was small but clean and one of the nicest rooms we’ve stayed in. Bed was comfortable but low to the ground which we didn’t mind but something to note if you’re picky about that. We used valet parking which was very convenient for going in and out.

The only negative is the valet parking situation. There is a parking garage right across the street, but the hotel valets don’t have access to it. They have to walk a couple blocks to get your car. It cost $35 a day to valet your car and it takes up to a half an hour for them to retrieve your car. Guests can park in the garage right across the street themselves for $15 a day. So ultimately parking yourself is no problem. I’m only commenting on this situation to encourage the hotel to try and work something out for valet parking across the street.

Great location near good restaurants and bars. Staff was excellent. Very responsive and friendly. Hotel is just a couple years old so rooms and common areas are stylish and up to date.

No complaints. Room is basic but fine. The bar had irregular hours but this was understandable over the holidays.

No frills but clean and adequate rooms. Helpful staff. Found that paying for breakfast was convenient. Great location. Movie theater, restaurants, bars, a grocery store and Forest Park in easy walking distance.

Excellent position in a very lively area of the city and public parking right in front of hotel entrance. Very nice facilities, very nice room vith view, clean and well equipped.

The breakfast available was not free. That was a $16 add on I just couldn’t justify. Also the parking was not free. I booked the hotel thinking these were included.

I liked the location and the rooms and lobby were very clean. The staff were very courteous and kind. Def has an upscale feel as you go in and the rooms have been recently remodeled and looked amazing.

There was a homeless man sleeping in the elevator of the parking garage so we had to carry our suitcases up and down the stairwell. When we told the staff at the front desk, they said oh yes yes always there but he’s won’t harm you. 😳

High price to park the car. Althought I did not have to worry because of the vallet service.

The hotel is a very good place to stay, we thought everything pretty clean and confortable. The breakfast is simple but it was good and we loved the gym. This is a palce where we will come back again.
