The location

We were told breakfast was included when it was not. The toilet's water refiling system had some mechanical issues and it required correction manually. The staff onsite was not friendly. When I communicated with Marshall, he was very nice and warm.

Beautifully decorated rooms in a great location close to the centre of Rockport. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept so well here!

The only comment I have is that we booked a long time in advance, when breakfast was included in the room rate. They no longer offer breakfast, which was totally fine, but this wasn’t communicated to us before we arrived, despite this still clearly being stated on the room rate. There also weren’t any hangers in our room, would recommend bringing your own!

There was NO breakfast! All the web and brochures said there was a lovely breakfast but when I got there I was told they no longer provided breakfast. They need to change their website and other marketing materiel.

The Crow’s Nest room was so well-appointed and comfortable—and had a wonderful view of the ocean! Marshall made sure we had everything we needed during our stay☺️

The lack of breakfast was a disappointment

Comfortable, well-designed space. Quick walk to downtown Rockport. They have bikes for use by guests.

There used to be breakfast, but stopped due to cost... I suggest a paid option for it

Staff were accommodating, they reached out regarding early check in. Very clean and beautiful facility. Really close to center and affordable price for a holiday weekend.

Beautifully decorated and comfortable

We loved everything, the suite itself was very nicely decorated, the size of the suite was perfect, the location was great. Chocolate and wine for our anniversary were very special and such a sweet gesture. They even provided bathrobes. The kitchen had everything you may need during your stay. Overall, a great experience and would definitely recommend!

Very well appointed, walking distance to the town where you can shop and eat! Very clean and the staff were so kind!

The bed was a bit soft!

The place is very nice, clean and location is very good and beautiful, there’s good parking place attached to the house and the internal facilities and equipment and kitchen are great!

We booked for 3 adults but upon arrival we sadly saw that the accommodation was only prepared for two guests, there were no additional bed linens or towels for the third person. I attempted to contact the property owner via message with no response, so I called directly. A man answered, and his tone was rude and dismissive from the start. He openly complained about needing to come over to bring us the missing items. When he arrived, he simply dropped the linens and towels without offering to help or even apologize. I then asked about the breakfast that was included in our booking, and his response was shockingly aggressive. He claimed they do not serve breakfast, dismissed my attempt to show him the booking confirmation, and stated that “what you see is not what I see.” He then shut the door and left, showing zero interest in resolving the issue or offering any kind of compensation or solution. Although the accommodation itself was clean and pleasant as described before, this experience deeply impacted our vacation. We felt misled, ignored, and disrespected. The behavior of the host was completely unacceptable, and the fact that we paid for services we did not receive makes this even more serious.

A beautiful, clean suite. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. A 10minute walk to the centre of Rockport. A truly beautiful property.

When I booked Addison Choate, I booked and paid because it was breakfast included. It was only when we arrived, there was a note to say they no longer include breakfast. There were vouchers supplied for a few eateries in town that offered a discount but it was a little dissapointing not to be notified beforehand as the breakfast had been included in the price. This would not stop me rebooking though as we loved the property and location.

Charming Innkeeper, lovely suite, excellent location and clean.

They need a blind on the bathroom window and drapes for the sliding glass door that is right next to the parking for the Inn.

Beautifully decorated, lovely inn, offered so much for any traveler.
