the elevator was extremely slow. The fire alarm went off, waking us up to evacuate the building no private balcony.

The area that the vending and ice machine was moldy on the floor and walls which made me wonder about the cleanliness of the inside of the ice machine. The pool was a little small for the amount of rooms in the hotel and it was a bummer that they were doing construction at the front of the pool facing the ocean . It would be cool to be able to see the ocean from the deck next to the pool , you can only see if your standing . Maybe having a tempered glass rail there instead of a concrete wall ?

The location and value of the Hotel . The staff were all super friendly . The room was comfortable even with 4 people.

I wasn’t a fan of how anyone could just walk up the steps and sit in the chairs they had outside the rooms. It was pretty open for just about anyone to do so.

I liked that there was a pool and a patio that over looks the ocean. I also liked how close it was to everything.

Parking options are very limited; the parking garage is tight and difficult to navigate, and on-street parking is almost non-existent. The walls are thin, so noise travels a lot. The elevator is very slow, and a line had formed to use it.

Beach access was direct and easy. Many nearby dining and shopping options. The rooftop terrace next to the pool was a welcome surprise and gave great views of the ocean.

There was nothing that I didn’t like about it. Just that the ice machine on 2nd floor was not working had to go to 4 th floor for ice. Otherwise is was great.

The property has seen its better days and is a bit worn (especially when compared with the property just across the parking lot which looks fresh and new). Still, our room was clean and comfortable!

The lighting was bit dark in the bathroom as well as in the main room. The bathroom tub was shaped oddly. The pool, unfortunately, was not available at the time we stayed.

The location: It was literally a minute away from the beach, and it was a central location to the shops, boardwalk, and restaurants. The manager and staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Despite the renovation, some common areas were still dated looking but we weren’t bothered.

Housekeeping missed the room for 2 days and I had to speak to the manager to address this. Next day I had to chase down Housekeeping to hang a shower curtain as they left me without one

There’s some construction being done in front of the hotel, which makes it look bad, but everything in the hotel was wonderful.

The property was steps away from the boardwalk and the beach. Everything was within walking distance. I really like their fourth floor deck. I was able to watch the fireworks with a wonderful view.
