Was given incorrect instructions upon arrival. I arrived at 1am and was instructed into the wrong room, leaving me standing over a woman in the complete darkness (except for my phone light). Thank God she didn't wake up. Also there weren't any toiletries, no soap to wash my hands or body.

I was rerouted to a different place to stay because my room at the property that I rented, was damaged by the previous tenant. I was not given notice of this prior to my visit and arrived confused about the location. the tenants in the room near mine were loud, stayed up until after 2:00 in the morning and were smoking pot which, permeated into my room. I notified the landlord about this and they addressed it as soon as they got my message.

the owners are very nice and helpful and the home is very nice. It is located in a nice family residential area.

Couldn't find the tv remote in room 2.

Quiet and provided easy access to using the kitchen. The fan/light remote in the bedroom. Affordable. Key to bedroom. A comfortable bed that didnt feel like a cheap hotel bed. Smart TV.

No laundry, which was supposed to be provided. Generally dirty: closet, dresser drawers, floors, etc. My wife and I were provided only 1 towel to share for 4 days. Management said they would provide more and never did. Other guests left the property unlocked no less than 4 times

Bed room furniture could use updating Chair, Lamp,night stand. Bed was great. Tv remote need up grading. had to stand in front of tv for it to change channels and turn on and off.. Could not lay in bed and operate tv… Not happy.

no chairs in back yard, refrigerator a bit small, no real cleaning supplies, didn’t have a blanket, had to request, no wash cloth, very little dishware and utensils for eating, was told I had to bring my own toilet paper, for females with a lot of hair the shower was horrible, water pressure too low, extended my stay twice and paid cleaning fee three times but was never given clean towels or sheets, the guests are not told how to lock the door when you leave, so the door was regularly unlocked, it was quite, All in all I would stay there again.

Power outage twice for extended time, 2nd day after arrival and 2nd day before departure...solved effectively by host... guests at times loud and smelled of weed but nothing to complain about as what types if guest you get cant be controlled by host. Used this place as a work office so didn't have huge meals here as I lived 5 min away yet host accused me of having the kitchen dirty without even asking me did I leave it there... did not appreciate that but host quickly apologized which was very professional of her! Used fridge to store water bottles which other guests always helped themselves to but this was quickly remedied by keeping them in my office and drinking them room temperature.

Very private, hosts had good communication, very good wifi for working from home, used it as an office for a month while working from home. I live in a nearby neighborhood so it was nice to find a place in the area only 5 minutes away. Easy check in and very secure home as well as the room I rented for my office it had its own smart lock along with the front door. I do recommend this place. I just hope you get housemates that are respectful because it is always such an unpredictable factor. Thank you for reading!

The room looked at if it hand not been cleaned very well apron arrival. Beer caps, medicine & list of hair on the bedroom floor. Everything else was very clean & wonderful!

Felt very safe my entire stay. House was cozy and quite! Would love to stay here again. It also has a wonderful kitchen to cook meals with supplies to cook.

The shower head needed repaired, and there wasn’t a wash cloth. Small minor things that could’ve been done. No major issues though. I like to get my hard earn money’s worth. It’s not the place it’s me I’m highly picky

I enjoyed how quiet the home was. I stay 8/18-8/21. The entire time, the home was quiet, decently cleaned, away from the inner city, easily found, and extremely comfortable bedding.

Other residents didn't clean up the kitchen after cooking. I didn't use the kitchen, but dirty dishes in the sink smelled when I got some water.

O felt like the host was being a little cheap. The thermostat had a lock on it and was set to 77 degrees. I stayed downstairs and felt little to no ac, witch made it hard to sleep comfortably. The tv remote for the room did not work nor did the lamp. The upstairs bathroom had paint falling off the walls and the tub and curtain were dirty. I had to clean the calcium off the shower head to get it to work. The bottom floor bathroom needs maintenance as well and I had to unclog the sink. The host asked me to pay for laundry when it’s listed as a amenity on the listing.

The house is located in a nice neighborhood with plenty of parking.

I extended my stay for another 9 days, so I stayed for more than two weeks and yet the floor is not mopped and the carpets not vacuumed. the sofa are so itchy on the skin due to heavy dust. the toilet near the kitchen is really stained.

House could use some cleaning - Bathroom door is dirty, along with some walls and other minor areas. Backyard has a lot of potential. A patio set, chairs, and a grill would do a lot to make it a fun spot to relax. Unfortunately, there are a lot of weeds growing in the back which makes it unappealing

The tv was very small for the room, the bed was horribly hard, and stuffy with not much air flow.
