Seems like an old facility but room was clean and taken care of. Was perfect for an overnight stay.

I would have liked more variety of protein for breakfast.

Very clean! It was very comfortable with everything you'd need in a room for a short stay. I would definitely stay again!

Good value and clean

Need to muffle the slamming doors in the morning.

Glad to find a decent place to stay during high b tourist season. Reasonably well-maintained older property.

Area seemed a little sketchy

Clean and has everything I needed for the night. There is a mini fridge and microwave.

Bathroom is a little bit small. Need to have more hooks or a shelf in the bathroom.

The breakfast was pathetic & the hotel was overpriced.

An average hotel, good enough for an overnight stay after a long drive. The staff was friendly, the room was clean. In the morning they had muesli, milk, coffee, pastries, and apples.

The staff are really friendly and go out of their way to be helpful! True customer service at it's best! The beds were comfortable, lots of towels in the room, didn't have to ask for anything. The room and facility are very clean.

The facility is just older and needs updating and a facelift. I would stay here again if needed but it just wouldn't be my first choice.

20 mins from FCA, clean bed, hot shower with hood water pressure, friendly staff, coffee and carbs to get you on your way in the morning

The person checking us in did a phenomenal job. My partner and I are retired and if we get a room on the second floor (we originally had a room on that floor), it's very difficult to carry our stuff up the stairs. The person that checked us in got us a room on the first floor. We were very thankful to her. In addition, all the staff were very good.

Everything was good

It was one of the less expensive places to stay in Kalispell. The updates to the place and rooms were nice.

My sister stayed in another room, two beds and two people like us, and they were charged a 100.00$ more for the night. This seems literally like highway robbery. I feel the lodging in this area is way overpriced and they certainly take advantage of being close to Glacier National Park.

Staff were very helpful and polite.

Rooms were noisy and very dated. Air conditioning was very loud and unit was hard to control since the buttons were worn and hard to read. Musty smell in room and hallway were also noticed.

It was clean and comfy

Right when we got there the lady at the front was kind of rude. She did apologize after words but it dosent matter how your day is going u should be nice that is what customer service is. She dosnt need to get into trouble but she does at least need to greet her guest and tell them she will be right with them not totally ignore them. Then when I say I have a reservation dont say it in a rude tone, (It will be 20 min.) You can say it nice

Nice and clean place, next to a small airport with good view. People are very kind.
