Breakfast didn’t start in the earlier morning hours so that we could grab food/coffee before the drive.

Easily accessible from the freeway. Parking lot was well lit. Very clean and smelled fresh. Provided quality soaps and lotion. Friendly staff. Was an amazing value for our stay.

Sadly, we heard every movement from our upstairs neighbor, who had heavy feet and woke early with a chaotic approach.

Unfortunately, the guests. One gentleman, a father accompanied by his wife & kids, SNATCHED MY SON'S FOOD DELIVERY BAG from his hands then gave it back, saying he was just kidding. He patted my son on his chest, where my son's implanted difibrIllator/pacemaker is, and it's a tender area. He didn't have TO TOUCH MY SON AT ALL, MUCH LESS GRAB AT HIS FOOD . . . Overall, guests were unfriendly. Also, REMEMBER TO BRING CASH WITH YOU. The nearest ATM is two miles away, so we couldn't get cash for change to use the washer/dryer from the front desk. They can't charge it to your card. Finally, go for breakfast EARLY. I got there at 8:45am and got the last of the scrambled eggs. No meats left, had to ask for milk for my cereal and orange juice was out . . . 🙄. Also, they are undergoing construction and, through no fault of their own, the AC stopped cooling & our room reached 82°F. The gentleman at the front desk was very busy, but, he came up as soon as he could & corrected the issue. So we were able to sleep comfortably before leaving the next day to Mayo Clinic for my son's admission for his procedure. What a relief!!!

The staff is very courteous & helpful. They respond to your requests immediately & go above & beyond to make your stay enjoyable & pleasant. The dedicated Shuttle Service is excellent. Location is within walking distance of Rochester International Airport & very close to Mayo Clinic, our final destination. Very well-managed hotel.

Although the beds were comfortable, I am very much a person that likes very soft mattresses and very flat pillows. I didn’t find that to be the case here. That said I was able to sleep fine and did not get sore from the mattress. It just was slightly more firm than I would prefer.

The staff are wonderful and helpful in every way! The housekeeper left our dog treats in our room with a kind note. The front desk person helped us by giving us a late check out due to an unexpected added Mayo Clinic appointment. When I discussed with the front desk person that we needed a late departure of possible he talked about the shuttle service they have. He encouraged us to utilize it as we wished due to construction downtown, which we had already discovered to be pretty awful. We noticed the nice van of theirs, which was always around and felt that it must be a wonderful service since they I don’t believe they pick up anyone other than their facility but I’m not sure about that. We did not utilize their van service, however because we had our own car and are quite familiar now with the Mayo Clinic area. We also overheard the front desk gentleman at the time of check-in, talking with an elderly woman who is flying out early in the morning and was very concerned about several things, and he was extremely kind and gentle with her and reassured her about arrangements. One of the other nice things that we loved was even if my husband had a test at 6:30 am at Mayo Clinic there was breakfast going even by five or 530 it appeared. Also, there was always coffee and hot water available, decaf, regular, tea or always available 24 seven. We love being out of the busy downtown area and find the drive to Mayo easy.

A standard motel near the airport in Rochester...met expectations and front desk seemed efficient and friendly. Booked ride to airport at 4am (they go every hour until 6p), and they were there. It is 20 minutes walk to airport in any case...

The only problem we had was the cable did not work, but ythe the desk clerk came to our room and fixed it immediately. Otherwise there were no problems at all.....very clean and pleasant.

I can’t think of anything we did not like about this property.

This is the first time we have stayed at this property when we were going for Mayo Clinic visits. It is a ways out from the Mayo Clinic area. We found it to be amazingly wonderful. It was quiet and it felt like it was a little outside of the hustle and bustle of town. It was Well run with responsive staff, comfortable surroundings, and simply a beautiful facility for an amazingly reasonable price we would definitely stay here again anytime and will probably use it as our soul place to be if we are having clinic visits. I don’t think I would recommend it if someone was needing to be near the hospital for an Admission Since it is about a 15 minute drive each way. The Mexican restaurant next-door was very nice as well.
