The temperature was an issue. We were up at 3:30am trying to cool the room down. The temp control was on the base heater on the other side of the bed

Sometimes there are periods where the hotel goes through renovations or changes to the building itself so it can be a bit noisy depending on where they are renovating. I have delivered doordash to this hotel before as well and a few times I have noticed signs of work being done so do be aware the hotel is currently having rooms being worked on during open hours. My room was near some of that and it wasn’t “too” noisy but sometimes you’ll hear a staple gun go off in the next room so do call ahead in case they have a room away from all that. Other than that, I highly recommend! Staff are wonderful! They seem alittle short staffed too so do be patient with them!

I was surprised with how big the room was! It even had a nice little kitchen and CUTLERY? PLUS PLATES!? AND BOWLS? lol 😂. I wasn’t expecting it to supply any of that but it was cool to see. Room felt very “homey.” Like a mix inbetween a hotel room and a typical living space. It’s nice! 👍

The rooms should have a cable guide by the TV so guests don't have to scroll through the menu/cable guide. It is much easier to enter a cable channel than scroll the cable guide on the tv to find something to watch. Also, there should be instructions on how to pull down on the coupling under the faucet in the bathtub to get the water to come out of the shower sprayer.

It was close to my sister's house. Plenty of restaurants near the inn.

The location was difficult to find, but is a short drive to amenities. Nothing walkable nearby. Summer tourist rates were applied fairly to all -hardly anyone in the Anchorage -Wasilla area has a decent 'locals only' price

the fridge being next the the head of the bed was loud. if the design of the room had the closets where the kitchen is that would solve that issue.

Thought I was just getting a simple king room but there was also a full kitchen which I very unexpected especially for the price.

too hot! the room at its coolest was 72 all the way up to 75. we had to open the window to cool the room but being on the 1st floor did not feel safe opening the window over night. The thermostat on the wall did not control the temperature, the entire hotel was controlled by the office. so if you want it cooler or warmer you are at the mercy of what the entire property is set at. We had to extend our stay another 5 days and decided to check into another hotel due to the heat.

the bed was amazing, I’m very picky about my pillows and comforter and they did better than I could have expected.

The bathroom shower area needed maintenance. The title in the bathroom had curled up from shower water that escaped around the shower curtain.

For my needs, the accommodations were in a great location. The accommodations provided a quiet and comfortable place to rest at night. The staff was helpful and responsive to my needs.

No way to check in. Got to hotel at 1 am. Could not check in ended up staying else where. I think they charged for the room anyway. That's hiway. robbery.
