The room was dirty, bed had fleas,walls were painted over the mold. Cigarette burns in bedding that claimed to be a NO SMOKING room. Carpet in front of air conditioner was soaked. Requested a new room and the second room bedding had shit on them and the shower curtain had mildew on it

The place is older. But many updates. Very friendly and accommodating. Price was super. Pet friendly!

Dead bugs, dirty walls, clerk unable to answer basic questions is there breakfast what time, is there a coffeemaker or coffee available. Absolutely filthy.

After a booking error occurred, the staff did their best to accommodate us.

Not clean. My room smelled horrible. My nephew found a cockroach in his shower.

I don't know how the city and state allow this place to still be open. My wife and I had planned to stop in Albert Lea for a week. We decided to book one night in this motel and, hopefully, extend our stay. But as soon as we got in, we saw that the floor map, the floor, the walls, the refrigerator... everything was incredibly dirty. I first tried to put my food in the refrigerator, but we saw dust and even dead mosquitoes 🤦🏿‍♂️, and a dry blood on the wall, as if someone had killed mosquitoes on the wall, there were also scratches on the wall... Oh no! I was disappointed, very disappointed. Luckily, we arrived around 10 p.m. and couldn't wait to leave at 10 a.m. We finally got out in the morning and i booked the rest of my stay to Motel 6 because i stayed there two years ago and it's way better than this one and both motels are almost the same price. But for real, the owner better take care of this place or get out out from motel business instead of creating a nasty environment for people, because someone will ended getting out this place with crazy type of infection.

Bed covers where dirty with cig burns in them. Floor was littered with dead bugs and spiderwebs in the corners of the room. The floor was all busted up. Promised HBO and free wifi but I didn't get it. The lady at the desk got mad that I had a pet with me.

The bed was very comfortable, but the cleanliness of the room was lacking! Obviously nobody sweeps the room! We didn’t step on the floor with bare feet! The area around our room smelled like something dead in the dumpster, VERY close to rooms! Would NOT recommend! Worst place I’ve ever stayed! You asked?…

I have stayed here multiple times now and absolutely love everything about this place! The owner remembered me from my last stay, and he and the accommodations are top notch! I highly recommend staying here!!

IT didn't have coffee pot TV Internet cable was acting up

It checked all of the boxes for amenities even if some were a little worn. There was a blizzard overnight and they were nice about extending the checkout time. Good water pressure in the shower! Good value.

Everything was good and I got a good nights rest. If you’re picky you should probably spend another $20 elsewhere for a slight upgrade

Close to restaurants and hospital. Staff was very nice and accommodating even though there were issues getting paid from Booking.com

Needs quite a bit of upkeep and updating. The bed was very old and mattress sagging into the middle a lot!

Bed was decent, guy employee in the morning was very nice and friendly, cheap stay

Couldn’t hear the lady very well through the glass,seemed like we interrupted her sleep. cleanliness wasn’t the greatest, pretty out dated for a hotel these days.
