Booked this hotel last minute after another hotel (which I won't name) didn't tell us they were closed and left us stranded. What a blessing in disguise it was. The staff were all very friendly, and the doorman helped to get all our bags into the lobby, and guided me on where to park, whilst the receptionist waited on our booking coming through. We were greeted with a welcome drink to be used that day, and given our room. Couldn't be more grateful that we were able to get this service last minute at a time of need, in a great location too.

We got a free room upgrade to a Queen room which gave us 2 double beds. Rooms lovely and big and clean. The lobby was lovely and big and comfortable when waiting around for a couple of hours going back to the airport.

the only thing that i wish they would improve on is the hallways and rooms looked very dated (but clean) and the pool wasn't ready. they were kind enough to pay for the chair and umbrellas on the beach so that made up for it.

The problem was the cleaning staff!!! Our room was next to the linen closet. They were gathering starting 8am in the hallway next to our room, laughing and loudly shouting to each other slamming the doors. They were also coming to clean at 8am without knocking, were just opening the door right away! Also I had a pillow with black mold on it.

The location is great. Short walk to the beach and not far to the nightlife, but still in a more quite part to sleep at night. The hotel itself nice with some charm in the lobby and small but cute lobby bar. We were lucky to receive an upgrade of the room and a beach chair and umbrella due to some construction on site. The front desk personnel is very pleasant and helpful. All my respect!

The room was decent and clean for the most part, with housekeeping coming every day to clean. However, the furnitures in the room look so dirty, especially the "couch". Therefore, I didn't seat on any of the furnitures in my room during my stay and only sat on my bed which was not ideal. I also didn't like the fact that there was no microwave in the room. This might not be the hotel's fault but I just have to say that the private beach area was not clean...the beach had alot of seaweed floating around and it was hard to enjoy the beach. No buffet breakfast, but can only choose one option on the menu, anything else you have to pay extra.

The staff were very friendly, professional and offered excellent customer service. Also, the hotel was close to alot of restaurants and places in downtown Miami, including the beach.

I liked the rooms, but the carpet could be replaced with a new one; it looked a little worn. Additionally, the hotel filled the hallways with a strong cleaning scent; it was a bit overpowering, and I missed the swimming pool (closed for renovation). It would have been helpful to have been informed about it (I received a message letting me know it was closed after I booked the room).

I loved the location, and the front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
