The Hotel took a bond amount equivalent to the night’s accommodation and 2 weeks later had not refunded the incidentals ($296.58US). They have not responded to several emails, both Reservations or Management. 16 days after our checkout, we have still not received our refund. Very poor :(

It was a little pricier than I think it should have been. Other than that, all good! I loved my corner room. Everything was what I wanted in terms of luxury.

The hotel is lovely and perfectly located in downtown Houston. My friends and I stayed there because we were celebrating downtown. The bar was great, and the overall experience certainly met our expectations.

It would have been good if yall had a store inside the hotel to buy soft drinks at night or food, snacks like some other hotels have.

The area in the Oak Hulk restaurant near the kitchen had a nat problem . It almost made it unbearable to sit in that area . I feel that the pool area is way too small for the cabana to be like four reservations only places to sit . But I enjoyed the pool experience in all.

I suggest some umbrella options outside by the pool as very hot. Would have spent more time there if it was comfortable. Also when having a late flight out at night we stored our bags but would have loved facilities for a shower before leaving.

The breakfast was rather slow coming out and person beside me felt the same. Staff were friendly and helpful

We did not like communication before checked it. We were checking in late, so we: 1. initiated a request via booking.com 2. wrote an email via booking.com 3. called a hotel - received vague response 4. wrote an email directly to the hotel and NONE of these were responded.

Very good hotel in the middle of Houston! We had breakfast included, received vouchers of $35 and it was delicious!

The room didn’t have many options for hanging towels up after use, or a place to put soap for in the shower. And the pillows were not very supportive at all and would fall between the headboard and mattress throughout the night.

They kicked us out the pool at 7:50 before even 8pm. Sun hadn’t even gone down … and pool rules say open dawn to dusk .. which feel is very unfair had I known it was gonna be this way probably would’ve choose somewhere else as my purpose was to relax by the pool

A little dissapointed the room was not made up on day two and the water replaced. We should have been told on Booking.com that parking was offsite and at a high cost due to city location.

The Hotel ambience had a beautiful modern old world charm. The Lobby was really quite lovely. The room itself had a wonderfully comfortable bed - the highlight was the shower, this was huge and the shower rose provided great pressure with a soft touch. The final highlight was the breakfast - we anticipated a buffet, however, it was a menu which was well constructed - really great options.

It was located downtown Houston so everything was close by. The staff were all nice& they upgraded our room to a really nice view.
