Everything about this property was great right in the middle of Key west. Very close to everything walking distance to Duvall Street and restaurants.

I like pretty much everything about it. The only thing I had trouble with the most people won’t is that the air conditioning is right above my head so the noise of it kept waking me up but the place is excellent. It’s wonderful. I would definitely come back it’s clean. The people are friendly and it’s very convenient to everything.

Floor in my casita was very dated and could use a rug.

Front office staff were super nice upon check in. Gave me a map of the area and helped me navigate. Room was very clean with nice furniture. Pool was clean and the property offers towels and sunscreen for your use. Great to have those options!

We had a wonderful stay here! The staff were incredibly kind, and the rooms were beautiful and comfortable. The pool is definitely a highlight, and the location is perfect – everything in Key West is within walking distance, and it’s a huge plus to have parking available. If we come back to Key West, we would definitely stay here again!

It was super clean and safe. Downtown 15min walk and surrounded by nice bar and restaurants (3-5min walking). The stuff was amazing! They were so helpful.

The only thing I didn't like, is that we couldn't stay for longer.

The location was perfect. We were away from everything, but right next to everything, all at the same time. We had the perfect "old town" Key West experience, and it all started with Alexander Palms. I will 100% be returning for another stay, no doubt.

We got a queen bed room, but the bed was more of a full. So it wasn't the most comfortable. The room was clean for the most part but they could have freshened up before we got there. There was termite dust on the bed spread and a dead roach in the tub. It didn't bother us enough to make a complaint, but they should definitely keep in mind that even if the room was cleaned prior. A good once over before the guest arrives should be done.

The location was phenomenal. The Rooms were nice. Little kitchenette fridge and microwave was convenient. The pool was clean and very relaxing. It doesn't close so you can be out there late night as long as you're considerate and not loud.

It’s about a mile walk away from the historic district

Quiet, clean, near the southern part of the island but close enough to Duval St. so everything was walkable. Parking on Key west is limited and expensive but I was able to park for free across the street (first come first serve) and leave it there for the duration of my stay. Lots of places to eat nearby

Alexander Palms Court is an absolute gem, and my recent stay there exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was unmatched—Steven, our host, went above and beyond. After a long day of travel, finding a personalized note with my name on it guiding me to my room was such a thoughtful touch and exactly what I needed. What really stood out was how accommodating they were. We were offered a late checkout (by four hours!), which saved us from having to roam around with all our luggage in the intense Key West heat. That kind of flexibility and care made all the difference. The property itself is cozy, charming, and impeccably maintained. The pool is sparkling clean at all times, and the thoughtful amenities like a water filter, ice machine, beach towels, and sunscreen make you feel right at home. It’s clear the team has put a lot of love into creating a relaxing and guest-friendly environment. Location-wise, it doesn’t get better than this. Just minutes from the beach, tennis and volleyball courts, Edward Pier, and of course, the famous Duval Street—you’re right in the heart of it all without feeling overwhelmed by crowds. This will definitely be my go-to spot every time I’m in Key West. Highly, highly recommend!

We hated leaving

The cutest little hotel ever!!! Clean and adorable 😍. Pool was refreshing, staff was so helpful and sweet and they had more than the expensive hotels offer. Ice machine by the pool, towels, sunscreen... and inside the cabins was a full kitchenette were we were able to makedinner verses eating out. Loved this place! And when I accidentally forgot something when we left, they even text me a pic and message. Super amazing.
