The parking is terrible! Pulling into the lot off of a busy 31 highway is dangerous. They have a giant sign in the middle, and you have to be careful not to get rear-ended while almost coming to a complete stop turning in. The staff put a room with children above us (we were on the 3rd floor of 4), so the morning was full of little feet running and stomping around. It could bother someone trying to sleep in, but the place is just not very soundproof.

The restaurant was gorgeous, and the food was divine. The menu was short and easy to choose from. The views from the balcony were amazing. Rooms were cozy and efficient for everything you'd need on a weekend getaway. They had homemade cookies every night and hot cocoa to pair. They were delicious and perfect for chili spring nights.

For me, Restaurants and shops were not walkable. Hopefully they have a kayak rental in the summer.

Beautiful location right on the beach. I would like to go back in August to enjoy the water. It looks like you could go out 100 yards and only be waist deep. Plenty of seating and the area was cleaned and groomed daily.

Our room shared a main door with another room. We had to walk into one door, and then there were 2 doors to 2 different rooms. I think because of this, it’s throwing off the air pressure? When you opened up the balcony door the whole room n sounded like you were in a pressurized cabin with a window open .

. This is a relatively new INN, front desk mentioned they had only been open for less than 4 months. It is has boutique vibes that I just loved and hope it doesn’t lose its charm. Rooftop is gorgeous and we will definitely be back after it re-opens in April.

The extra little touches that went the extra mile: staff opening the front door with a warm greeting each time we entered, warm cookies, a personalized welcome card in our room and the printed receipt in a nice envelope. The aesthetic of the hotel was perfect.

The rooms are just too small. We had 4 of us, and could barely move. There was no place to put our clothes, so we couldn’t unpack. The bathroom was huge and gorgeous. But the room with the king bed and sofa was too small. If you had just two it wouldn’t be bad, but again, you would still have no drawers for your clothes. The other thing is the cable. Unfortunately if you have to use your own sign in cable company to use the tv. It’s all streaming. So the only way we got channels is to sign into our direct tv. I have never been to a hotel where they don’t have cable and you have to use your own. I think they had fubu which had like 10 channels only. Ice machines, you had to go down to the 1st floor to get ice instead of having one on your level. Some rooms are also attached to another. So there’s one outside door, then when you go through that door there’s two rooms with doors next to each other. Didn’t understand that. It’s hard going through one door with all your stuff, but to go through two with a luggage rack was hard. I think if they had a queen it would make more room in the room. The king bed in such a small room with the sofa was just too small.

This property is so clean. The view is awesome. The employees were very nice. It was very well kept. They have coffee, tea and cookies on 1st level which was nice. And a cute little store. They have a Keurig in the room which was wonderful.

There is only one little thing that needs improvement and that is the beach chairs. Very very uncomfortable, even with a beach towel! OUCH!

The owners, Josh, Tanya and Ali, were top notch professionals. They were warm and welcoming - always ready to help and assist in any way possible to make our stay more enjoyable. The rooftop terrace is an added gem for the property. A great place to have a small bite or drink and enjoy the lakefront views. We would highly recommend this property to friends and would stay here again if we find ourselves in the area.

This is a beautiful hotel, recently opened in June. Located right on the beach/bay. Rooms are well thought out, nicely decorated and beds are comfortable. The hotel offers a rooftop venue “Blush” a restaurant with a great view, entertainment on weekends. Warm chocolate chip cookies and coffee ready every night to grab and watch the sunset!
