The check-in staff couldn't find my payment and tried to charge me 3 separate times. The CARPET floors were sticky everywhere in the room. The wifi didn't work. The TV didn't work. There was construction on an entire half of the property, but it was placed in a smoking room in the middle of the construction. The workers are being housed in the facility and my 12-year-old daughter was harassed by 1 of these men. I have never been more uncomfortable, scared and disappointed in a single facility. I would recommend your company stop offering specials here. Its a dangerous and disgusting motel.

The hotel was dingy, wreak of stale smoke, despite asking for a non-smoking room. Power strips were used to connect the tv and other electrical items...not sure if this complied with fire codes. The carpet appeared to have not been cleaned in quite some time, it was sticky and smell of stale smoke. When I requested housekeeping, no one came. The room was dark and lack any positive ambience. The bathroom was a horror. The ONLY reason we stayed was lack of an available room elsewhere in the city. This hotel is in a great location; it desperately needs attention and better management.

There was very little to like about the physical property. The staff was cordial and helpful. The sheets appeared to be clean after removing the dirty bedspread. This hotel is in a great location; it desperately needs attention and better management. I would gladly pay more if the facility was in better shape. It does not represent the Budget Inns franchises I have stayed at in the past. I would strongly suggest corporate involvement.

I didn't like the front desk person, she had an attitude for no reason. I can understand if i was giving an attitude to her or if she had a bad day but this is the second time ive spent the night at this place and it's been the same. To add on to why I didn't enjoy my stay I had asked for additional towels and rags that I ended up needing that they said could be done for me and it wasn't. The front desk person even said that it was an upcharge when I knew it wasn't, but I still didn't mind paying, I even made that known, and I still wasn't giving the items that I requested. It was annoying and I'm quite done, but other then that the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

I loved how big the room was and how comfortable the bed was. I even loved how quiet it was.

The hotel looks horrible. The room was supposed to be no smoking but reeked of cigarettes. I actually found a cigarette butt when spraying down the room. The room was very dated. The smoke detector needed a new battery, so it kept going off. There were wood panels to cover up certain spots. If they invested a bit of money, the location would be so much better.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. They were pleasant and friendly. The location is close to the college, which was my reason for needing a room.

There was nothing good about this hotel. The rooms are VERY outdated and do not look like what is pictured on the website. After check in the tenants in the room next to us were constantly fighting. After returning from supper our room reeked of marijuana and we had to go request a new room. The front desk clerk was very apprehensive about giving us a new room. Stated that we requested a smoking room so she didn't know what we wanted her to do about it. Cigarette smoke and marijuana smoke are not the same. The drain in the bath tub did not work in the new room that we got and as I showered the tub filled up with water. I had to call the front desk to let them know and made the lady come down and see it for herself so that they would not try to charge me for extra cleaning or damage. I would NOT recommend this hotel.

Although advertised, there was absolutely no breakfast. The lady who checked me in was not friendly at all, but on check out, the gentleman was very pleasant. The room was very stuffy with an odor. I requested additional towels but never received any. Was informed that the housekeeping department was not on duty.

Cleanliness - is a bit dated but was clean. Sheets and towels white. NO BUGS. Everything worked in the room. Clean carpet. Exceeded my expectations for price and location. Would come back again.

The room was dirty,there was an used soap in one corner inside the shower. I had to go to Walmart to buy cleaners to clean the shower and the jacuzzi. Half of the outlets don't work. We had to SLAM the door so it could close
