Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The beds were very uncomfortable and the breakfast was not good

I did not have shower curtain in the shower and the water was all over when we shower. hotel is close to airport a bit far from the amusement park. breakfast not so good.

There was not enough towels. I had to ask for more. There was ants in our room and on the bed. I had them on me while I was in bed to sleep. All the hotels I have stood in usually have 4 pillows on each bed. However, each bed here only had 2 pillows. Not enough towels in the pool area either.
We all loved the pool. Even though there wasn't enough towels to dry ourselves after we git out.

very spotty WIFI connection and speed. breakfast wait in a line every day. staff working the breakfast area worked hard but guests making their own waffles held up the line entering the breakfast area.

I didn't like that there was a damage fee... It ok but it take too long to get reimbursed.
Price for the hotel was worth it .. it was only for a place to sleep so beds were comfy . The location was ok wish there were more eatery options but can complain.

The room was oddly shaped with the bathroom in the middle and a divider between the beds. The only nice thing was there 2 televisions so each person could watch their own thing. The room was on the Fairly filthy side though.
They had breakfast and it was mediocre eggs sausage and toast.

the in room chair seat cushion pattern didn’t match the chair and had a rip in it. the rolling chair seat was messed up and would dig into legs when sitting on it. also there was no ice machine in the section/floor (rm 164) of the building we were in. we had to go to the main building to get ice for our cooler when we checked out.
room looked nice though there were a few issues.

Didn't have much of a dislake.
I like that my room wasn't to far from the entrance I was on the 2and floor which wasn't far from the swimming pool which my granddaughters enjoyed .

It was a very long wait to check in. (Only one person at the desk.) It was a long walk from the elevator to the room. We were not told about other, closer entrances that would lead to our room.
It’s in a convenient location.

Dislike was breakfast omg I know we still n Pandemic but things has open up the breakfast need to go back to what it was waffle eggs breakfast meat fresh fruit u had so many choose instead of eating the same thing every day danish all that the pool wasn’t clean by 11am in the bathroom sink did go down till late that nite so we use the tub just to brush our teeth the hotel entrance need warm welcoming smell it’s just dry the bar is much out dated
Room was quite tv channel was ok parking was plenty I also notice the security on lot of the outside doors was working that u need a key to get in that is a plus before anyone could get in

The room we had was located right next to the pool so the smell of chlorine was strong and the room was humid. The AC was not working.
The location, cleanliness, and staff of the hotel was great.

They advertise a heated pool and it was freezing!! Lies. There was a hole in the floor of our room. our microwave plate didn’t properly fit the microwave. Our door was extremely hard to open. We had to run in like football players and have staff help us open the door. The shower made a screaming noise. Staff was very unfriendly.
The breakfast was basic but good. The woman serving was a joy. By far my favorite staff member.
