Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I was trying to contact customer service with Booking.com to adjust my rate to the $119.00 government rate. That process hasn't been easy. I talked with Daniel on the phone and I thought everything would be taken care of, but I haven't heard anything back. The hotel has my credentials and they are waiting for you guys to contact them. Please help.

I specifically picked this location as to take advantage of the in house restaurant and bar. Unfortunately both times when I wanted to have a meal or bar drink it was explained to me that the staff for that area were not available. Both times were between 5:00 and 7:00pm. You should not advertise that amenity if not available. Additionally, 14.95 for the breakfast available seemed overpriced.
Room was ample in size and bathroom updated and bed was very comfortable.

Paying for breakfast, a flat rate that was unreasonable for those who don't eat much in the morning. Luckily there were choices of foods.
I liked having tables and chairs that could be moved around for convenience. The bathroom was very nice as well. Lots of room to put things away. Beds and pillows were very nice.

The housekeepers should take more care to the bathrooms. I asked to clean the bathroom in my first room but the staff gave me another one and it was cleaner but still could be better.
The staff was very kind and tried hard to accommodate us in a different room because the one that was assigned at the reservation it wasn’t very clean.

Female front desk staff was very rude.

I didn’t like being charged a $100 deposit, which is credited after your stay provided everything is good after check out. Then it can take up to 10 business days to remove,

No one was at the front desk when we went to check out and there was no bell to summon the desk clerk who was busy out of sight.
Signage to access property could be improved. We came by car and our GOS said we had arrived even though we were still on the highway passing by the property. The drive in was several hundred feet past the property.

The carpeting appeared to be in need of replacement. The water pressure in the shower was not very good. Other than that, everything was as expected.
It was overall a pleasant experience. The hotel was centrally located to the venues I was going to visit. The concession areal seemed well stocked, and the prices of snacks and the like were not outrageous.

My designated room was very far from the elevator. Seems I always get the rooms at the end of the hall.
The onsite restaurant was very convenient and the bar was an added extra bonus.

Restaurant was inadequate. Buffet was not open. Limited selection of food to order. Small portions, items ordered were not provided. We had ask multiple times for 3 items we ordered which were omitted. Would not recommend.
